Contacted Hozelock regarding a spare part for my garden sprinkler as it had cracked and I didn’t have my retailers receipt. Cameron went above and beyond expectations by sending me a complete new sprinkler. Fabulous customer service Cameron and Hozelock

My Hozelock Fast Reel was leaking, so I stripped it down and found that the problem was due to the O rings on the central shaft being worn. I contacted Hozelock via on line chat and ‘spoke’ to Chloe who said that they didn’t sell those O rings as a spare part, but they could send me them free of charge - they arrived two days later and I have just fitted them and re-assembled the reel, with no more leaks. I was very impressed with how Chloe dealt with my request and with how quickly the spares arrived - and no charge! Excellent service!

My Spray Gun trigger broke, after speaking to Cameron he didn’t just replace it out of warranty, he sent a brand new upgraded version within 3 days of calling. I’ll only ever buy these products from them now as they do break and the warranty (or out of it too) is clearly worth it. This was also an Amazon purchase and all he needed was the receipt as proof.

Cameron, who asked questions to understand the issue with my product and solved it by sending a replacement part.

My Hozelock hose reel began leaking but the connector washer seemed to be an odd size (not the usual Hozelock 23mm).
My query was dealt with by Leena who, after I had sent a photo, arranged for a replacement to be sent out.
Excellent service.

We’ve got a Pulsar pressure sprayer. The dipping tube fell off and must have been lost when the pressure vessel was emptied. I contacted Hozelock to order a new tube. Cameron replied and arranged to send a new part very promptly and at no cost! Very impressed.

5 years ago we bought a wall mounted 30m Hozelock reel, it has served us well up until last year when we employed some builders to undertake some building work at the rear of our property, unfortunately they were extremely careless and disrespectful of all of our equipment and subsequently discarded the side panel of our Hozelock reel. I reached out to Hozelock for a replacement part and was introduced to Leena from customer services. I am staggered by the positive and helpful stance taken by Leena who not only sourced the item, which was not a standard replaceable item, but did not charge me. Leena and Hozelock you have gone some way in restoring my faith in people, thankyou.

I emailed Hozelock because there had been an unexpected breakdown in the equipment, asking if they could point me to a manual to try and resolve the issue ourselves. But after sending them a few photographs, to my pleasure, they despatched a replacement, which arrived in one day. If that is not exceptional service, what is? Thank you for your customer care, Hozelock, and a big thank you to Cameron in particular. We are devotees.

Having had difficulty in ordering a spare part on line for my autoreel (at pushing 80 I’m not very tech savvy) I emailed customer services for help. Cameron was extremely helpful and sorted it out for me, even to the extent of promptly supplying the part as a goodwill gesture. That is what I call Genuine Customer Service. Thank you Hozelock.

One of the best companies I have had to contact. Had a damaged part on enclosed hose reel. Contacted customer service. Replacement part received two days later. No hassle just good service.

I rang Hozelock customer services as I purchased a Hozelock 16L pulsar comfort pump to allow me to water my garden plants as a hosepipe ban had taken place in my area. I assembled the pump as per instructions however it would not maintain pressure as would not work.
I explained the issue to the customer service member Cameron who was wonderful. He advised I went back to B&Q to get a replacement, which I duly did. However there was no replacement’s available anywhere.
I emailed Cameron and explained I really need a pump not a refund and he has arrange for one to be sent out to me. I was so impressed with Cameron’s professionalism and he is a credit to the Hoselock customer service team. Great products and after sales service.

My hosepipe stopped rewinding and I contacted Hoselock for advice. Following some straightforward communication with Leena in their customer support team they agreed to replace it! I received the replacement a couple of days later. Amazing customer service!

Customer service as it should be... I wanted to leave a review specifically to recognise Tim in Hozelock's Customer Service team.

I've had reason to contact Hozelock on a couple of occasions regarding a hose covered by their warranty, and Tim has been exceptional throughout. Every communication has been prompt, friendly and helpful, and he has always focused on finding a solution rather than making the process complicated.

On the latest occasion, he went above and beyond what I expected and arranged an upgraded Tuffhoze as a goodwill gesture.

Good customer service is easy when everything goes perfectly — I think the real test is how a company looks after you when you actually need their help. On that basis, Hozelock have been excellent.
