I called as I was having problems finding an attachment for my bullnose outdoor tap.
Cameron was extremely helpful and actually sent me a couple of choices through the post on Express postage.
Absolutely outstanding service, which I’m very grateful for which has resolved my problem thank you.

I had a problem with my Hozelock 20m Autoreel which had broken within the 2 year warranty period. I emailed Hozelock and they replied to my request. They listened to my problem and offered a brand new replacement hose, which was sent out to me within a week of me contacting them.

The customer service engaged immediately to respond to my information that I wanted to claim under my guarantee, they laid out clearly what was required and were prompt in letting me know that I would receive a replacement. Excellent service and the reason I always buy Hozelock products for my garden

Needed a part for a discontinued model. Cameron responded quickly and asked for a photo of the item. Within a few days he had identified the part and posted it-all free. Great service and help.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE QUALITY OF MY NEW HOZELOCK REEL .AFTER CONTACTING HOZELOCK MY COMPLAINT WAS DELT WITH BY CAMERON ,WHO WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING ABOUT MY COMPLAINT ,I AM AT PRESENT AWAITING A REPLACEMENT WHICH CAMERON HAS SAID IS ON ITS WAY ..I MUST SAY HE HAS BEEN MOST HELPFULL IN THE MATTER.

Cameron was so helpful when we received a faulty sprayer. He kept in contact with me and advised he would send out a replacement. True to his word we received the new sprayer and all working perfectly now. Fantastic customer service and highly recommend

I had an issue with my 40m AutoReel, Cameron from customer service sorted my problem very efficiently, and good communications. All sorted and working well.

I had a query regarding my Hazelock garden hose spray when the top of spray came off and all the washers came off. I was not sure how one of the washer fitted, so i contacted Hazelock and received a reply from Leena.
I do not think i explained very well and after several emails with the help and patience of Leena i had the answer i required.
I thought Leena could not have been more patient and helpful. First Class Customer Service.

Contacted Customer Service by online message with request concerning a broken pond filter part.
Received prompt response fom Leena with offer of replacement part and request for delivery address.
Part now duly received.
Excellent service.

For a change genuine customer service and contact made via enquiry online quickly. Explained issue with fault and attach video and photograph. Agreed replacement following review and replacement sent within a few days.

I contacted Hozelock because my broken brass outdoor tap had been replaced by a shoddy version with no proper thread to screw on which damaged the hozelock attachment of their 2-way tap connector (they are v good I have two). I just needed a replacement for the damaged white screw on connector - the rest of the connector was fine - I asked if they could send me another white threaded part and without argument they sent me A WHOLE NEW TAP CONNECTOR. Which was v generous - except now I am left with with a whole working 2-way connector with nothing wrong with it but no white threaded part which is a dilemma for me as I'm not good at throwing almost working bits of kit away....

Had a problem with my 40m self wind hose reel leaking. Contacted hozelock customer services and Leena sorted my issue out in quick time.
As far as the hose reel is concerned there seems to be a design issue as many others have had the same issue. Come on Hozelock sort it out as we rely on you name to supply quality equipment. This issue has been known for a good while. If I had read the comments on other sites I may not have bought 2 of these for my large garden.

Having a 40m auto hose reel for 5 years I was disappointed when the internal spring broke and the hose no longer retracted, especially as it was past the 5 year warranty period. I contacted customer service ( via email) my expectations were quite low as I have had this type of "at a distance "brush off before. I was surprised when I heard back within a few days wanting details and photo's which I did and there followed a diligent ,courteous and professional e-mail string that resulted in a brilliant outcome. How refreshing it is to find a company that not only makes an excellent product AND stands by it with a Customer Service department that is well worthy of the name .
Congratulations to Hozelock for standing up and looking after their customers.
