I got a Hozelock six pattern spray head in March as a birthday present - it wouldn’t have been cheap cos it came from a garden centre, so probably 30 quid. Five months on out drenching pots in need of TLC and the retaining trigger struck and then fell out! Not happy - and couldn’t get it back -ugh.
Thought to myself, Hozelock aren’t going to honour the warranty- haven't got the receipt(because it was a present); no proof of purchase, blah, blah.Anyway, I had no expectations when I contacted customer services.
Long story short, Cameron of customer services came up trumps. Explained the alternative way of verifying the age of the spray head; I supplied the info; Cameron arranged a replacement and emailed me to let me know.
This wasn’t what i was expecting - I’d been through the potential excuses for not honouring the warranty and was ready to tick them off - but it didn’t happen. Cameron said Hozelock tried to offer exceptional customer service, and fair do’s they did! Happy customer.

I have a hozelock water control timer with a manual over ride button WHICH DIDN'T WORK. Under the 2yr guarantee I contacted customer service who requested I follow the trouble shooting guide and send a photo of it NOT WORKING. After several communications I was sent a new one which works when it wants.

Following a negative observation regarding a warranty matter., Rachel, of the customers services team, corrected the matter quickly and expediently.

I spoke to a chap name Cameron about a issue I had with my bioforce pond filter I needed to buy a part but sadly the part was not available the filter was bought from holybush garden centre sometime last year but unfortunately I could not find the receipt Cameron & hoselock solved the issue within a week for which I am very grateful

Customer service were excellent and supplied a replacement fir my leaking expanding hose very quickly. Thanks Leena. Unfortunately can’t say the same about the product. Although we have been careful using the expanding hose we have had to have more than 1 replacement in the 5 years. Thank you Hozelock for adhering to your 5 yr guarantee.

Auto reel becomes faulty. contacted the customer support for warranty replacement and no hassles, sent us the instructions and then sent the replacements. no questions asked. Mind that i never registered my product and claimed under the auto extended warranty clause by providing the receipt only. Purchased 04/2025.

Leena was ever so helpful , she was acting within the boundaries laid out by hozelock and did everything she could to address the issue. Her replies were prompt and concise and she solved the issue in the end .

with a 5 year warranty on my auto reel I contacted Hozelock within this period & after sending some photos they replaced the auto reel without any questions- Cameron helped me with this & was very patient with all my questions as I'm not very technical-would 100% reccomend & will always buy Hozelock in future-thank you

Bought a boxed Hozelock hose system from B&Q. On unpacking and assembling the cart, discovered a small part was missing. Emailed customer service and Leena got back to me. Missing part arrived today. Thanks Leena!

I had recently bought a new Hozelock real and in the course of fitting it to the garage wall, I noted they still used the clip to lock and retain the frame. One I bought years ago had sadly long lost those clips as builders over the years didn't know how to operate them and consequently they had been broken. So, I thought I'd phone and see if I could buy some new ones. Much to my surprise the charming lady who dealt with me, said yes they were available and came in packs of two. I asked how much to which she replied no charge, all part of our service. So, unquestionably a five star review and perhaps that's why we keep going back to them. Quality and support like this, sadly is the exception now, not the normal.

Cameron was dealing with my Hozelock select Plus issue. Batteries wasn’t lasting a week. The unit was purchased less than six months ago. Couldn’t find receipt. I’ve had other Hozelock water timers that lasted years AC2 & AP1 with C type batteries.
Cameron came to the rescue and sorted it all out.

I had a 35 metre Expanding hose that developed a leak. Customer service were very quick to deal with my problem, within a week I received a brand new hose. Hozelock have been outstanding in their customer service. Excellent customer service from start to finish, highly recommend hozelock , really great service from start to finish.

I bought a hose set made by hozelock from my local Bnq. There was a part missing. I wasn't able to get in touch with Bnq but I did get in touch with hozelock. They were very helpful and replaced the missing part. I am very impressed with the quality of their customer service and with their products.

Seven year old hozelock sprung a leak! Replaced quickly without plastic box and nozzle- very economical and ecological! Thank you! One of the best companies I have dealt with!
