I bought a Hozelock water timer for my Bonsais which I had for just over two years with no problems. It stopped working suddenly and I contacted customer service. Despite not having registered for warranty which was two years, upon proof of purchase they kindly sent me a replacement.
Such good non quibble customer service 😀.

Unfortunately my Hozelock broke but when I contacted the company to activate the warranty I was amazed at how simple and straightforward the process was. Thank you to Leena for her professionalism and going over and above when she spotted I had not given my correct postcode and looked it up herself. Thank you so much. Also love the expansion hose it’s brilliant.

I had an issue with my retractable hozelock reel. After I found my original invoice I discovered that it was only just out of its 5 year guarantee period. After contacting customer service Leena said that they would replace it as a 1 off gesture of good will. That is fantastic customer service and an extreme rarity in today's world. The speed of Leena's replies was also excellent and the problem was resolved in a matter of days.

I have just had a replacement Hose and am delighted. The five year guarantee was getting very close to its end and I was therefore so pleased to have a replacement. I love the crinkle hose as it is light to carry and so useful for me. Cameron handled my replacement in a very professional way and I am thankful to Hoselock and hope I get a few years of free watering

Purchased a superhoze 2 years ago. It sprang a leek. Excellent service from Leena and hose replaced under warranty.

I would like to spread the word about the outstanding attributes of the customer service team at Hozelock.. I have been dealing with Cameron via email and I have to say he was very patient and courteous throughout my search for spare parts to fix my fast reel.. in the end Cameron decided to send me a brand new model to bring my hose misery to an end .. what a star,
Will always buy Hozelock from now on ..
Such a shame there's a hosepipe ban I so wanted to get out and play with my new toy.

What an amazing Company ! Excellent customer service and emails responded to immediately. Despite not being able to locate the fault (pinprick) they replaced my 40m Hose within two days. If you have any doubts about buying one of their products I hope they this review removed them. Tim D I

My Hozelock lance recently failed, so I contacted the company for advice and received very helpful service from Cameron. He kept in touch and was able to satisfactorily resolve the issue. So many thanks to Hozelock and especially Cameron for such extremely good service.

I own several TuffHoze and they are marvelous. One of them (35meters) sprung a leak after five years use. The hoses are supposed to have a 35 year guarantee so I contacted Hozelock with a couple of photos. I immediately got a reply from Cameron in their customer service department who apologised and said they would replace it immediately, which they have done. The service throughout was really excellent.

They delivered the right result, which was appreciated. But it was an impersonal experience that felt like I was dealing with AI.

My Hozelock Auto 30m recently failed and as they have a 2 year warranty and it was only 14 months old i contacted customer service. They replied within 7 days as promised and after an exchange of a few emails with Leena, she informed me a replacement was on its way.i couldnt be happier with the service Leena provided. Thank you.

Our Hozelock 30m Auto Reel (2403) recently stopped retracting completely.

After investigating the fault, I found that the large internal rewind spring had corroded and eventually rusted through and snapped. The rest of the reel, hose and mechanism are perfectly usable.

What I find particularly disappointing is that Hozelock does not make the internal spring available as a replacement part. This means that the failure of one relatively simple mechanical component effectively writes off the entire reel.

I appreciate that Hozelock advises against opening the reel because the spring is under considerable tension, but I would still expect an expensive product of this type to have some means of repair — whether by supplying parts to competent repairers or offering a repair service.

A large plastic reel, 30 metres of hose and all the associated fittings becoming waste because of one corroded steel spring seems very difficult to justify.
I wasn't particularly keen on the complexity of an automatic reel when we bought it, and unfortunately this experience has reinforced that view. I'll be replacing it with something simpler and more repairable.

Total disaster! I've always used Hozelocks products but recently my Vorton UVC Lamp pond clarifier stopped working. I bought a new one and that never worked either, I replaced to electrical supply but that made no difference. I bought another new Vorton 11w but amazingly that didn't work either. Again i used a circuit test to confirm the power supply was ok. No response from their CS or their company HQ. I think they may have ceased trading.
