I had a Hozelock Auto Reel Wall Mounted Retractable Garden Hose Reel 40m which stopped working properly. The 2 year warranty only had about one month to go before it would have lapsed. I wrote to Hozelock with the proof of purchase and a short video of the problem. I received an immediate acknowledgment of receipt and a few days later Tim, in the customer service team, replied saying that Hozelock would replace it. The new hose arrive a few days later. Excellent customer service.

Ordered Hozelock 7 litre Pulsar Plus garden sprayer after the previous one that I had had for 18 years sprang a leak. One very small part didn’t fit, spoke to Cameron at Hozelock who couldn’t have been more helpful and was sent a replacement part arriving the next day. So nice to deal with a company that values its customers.

Hozelock honours its guarantees. Four years after purchasing a Multi-Jet Spray Gun Ultramax Pro Metal it started to leak. Hozelock simply and without fuss replaced it under its five year guarantee. Well done!

After purchasing a 30 m expandable hose at the beginning of May, it exploded yesterday (3 months after the purchase) and was thus completely unusable. On explaining the problem to the Customer Services staffer Leena, she explained that as long as I provided proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item, a replacement item would be sent to me. One day after my call, I received an email advising that a new hose would be with me in 3-5 working days. No quibble, just excellent service. Thankyou Leena.

Wow, good old fashioned customer service.
I had a warranty issue and Hoselock couldn't have been more helpful. Leena responded quickly, gave me a few problem solving tips but, unfortunately, they didn't work. No fuss, product was replaced in a few days.

Great service and quick responses from Leena at Customer service when I contacted them. It was very easy to download copy of receipt and photos of the broken part. Despite being a month outside the 3 year warranty, Hozelock were very happy to replace the item which was an example of great aftercare service. Thank you.

Contacted hozelock customer service yesterday as my tufflock 35m garden hose had a leak. After speaking to Leena and supplying necessary proof of purchase and video of damaged hose a replacement has now been sent it should be with me 3-5 days.
This is an excellent company to deal with and I would wholehearted recommend them.
