Failed spray attachment problem solved rapidly!
I purchased a spray attachment a couple of years ago, but unfortunately part of the plastic moulding broke while within the guarantee period. I contacted Hozelock and Leena was most helpful in looking at the problem and arranging for a replacement to be provided. Her speed of response and solution to the issue was excellent. I can highly recommend Hozelock’s Customer Service Department and Leena in particular!

You can always judge a company by its approach to warranty. Reported a failed Superhoze 2nd August, received replacement 13th August without quibble. Thanks to Leena.

Only buy hozelock
I've bought cheaper expanding hoses in the past but I will always pay the bit extra and buy hozelock in future. Mine did actually develop a fault but hozelock stepped up and replaced it as it was still within the 2 year warranty. Great service.

Spray gun replaced
Spray gun developed a hairline crack. I sent a photo to Hozelock and received an acknowledgment and a replacement promptly and without any hassle. Very good customer service.

Reported my faulty hose, supplied information required had an email back seven days later stating a replacement hose was being despatched and delivery was two days later..excellent customer service from Hozelock and thank you to Leena who dealt efficiently with expediting this.

Expanding flexible superhoze
A mixed bag! I bought (another) flexible expanding (super)hoze and once again after a year or so it burst - we have had several of this type now (not all Hozelock) and they all go the same way, within 1 - 2 years. Whilst it works the product is fantastic - for my 89 year old mother who can't cart around long / heavy traditional hoses. Hozelock customer service scores very highly though & they replaced the hose but this takes a couple of weeks; in the meantime you go out and buy another as you can't wait 2 - 3 weeks!

I bought a Hozelock Superhoze 30m…
I bought a Hozelock Superhoze 30m Expanding Hose from Screwfix on 19th August 2024. Unfortunately, the hose split/exploded while I was using it.
I contacted Hozelock and their customer service was excellent. They dealt with the issue quickly and replaced the hose without any hassle or problems.
Very impressed with the after-sales service and how straightforward the whole process was. Great customer service from Hozelock — thank you!

Product Problem
I had a problem with a spray gun which had fallen apart.
On contacting Customer Service by email the problem as quickly resolved. Their service was very professional and speedy. Well recommended.
