Had a hand held waterer replace as a goodwill gesture, the team were very supportive of my dilemma.

I had purchased a Hozelock expanding hose which unfortunately failed after two summers use. It was guaranteed for five years, so in hope I emailed Hozelock. They asked for a photo of the problem and a copy of the purchase receipt, both of which I supplied by email. Leena in customer services checked these and arranged for a new hose to be delivered. Excellent service from the Company, and a special thanks to Leena

I bought via Amazon but returning via that website was clumsy, because I wasn’t actually returning the bulky hoze. Problem with a twisted inner pipe inside the expanding hoze, after just a month. Hoze lock have graciously agreed to replace direct. My only gripe is that the email streams get a new ref every time you reply and thus led to some duplication, and can take a couple of days to be answered which I think in this day and age is mad.

Honourable in replacement of a product under warranty. No fuss, just a bit slow but it sounded like they were very busy.

We bought a 40m auto-reel which worked wonderfully
for a few weeks and then wouldn’t reel the hose in. I phoned Customer Services and spoke to Leena who sent a help sheet to check out. We had already done all the suggestions so rang back and spoke to Cameron who was a breath of fresh air. Immediately told me the steps I had to take. When he received the photos he would authorise a replacement to be sent. Done!
If only all companies were so helpful. I had visions of having to return this enormous casing which takes the hose plus the 40m of hose which wouldn’t retract into the casing but no. Thank you.

Chloe and Leena helped find the correct part that I required. After several email with photo and video attachments they sent me a link to purchase the part. Very patient with me as I am elderly. Only comment would be that for a very small and light part, the postage was almost as much. J Mc

Very happy with Tim at Hoselock. Had a problem with a 4 year old expandable hose that had been well looked after & kept under cover . I had my receipt & sent a picture of punctured hose & where hose was stored . Delighted that Hoselock have replaced the faulty hose .

The Customer Service representative, Leena, was both helpful and reassuring and she took me through the steps to claim on my product warranty. I have received the packaged replacement today and look forward to it being fitted very soon.

I contacted hozelock with regards to one missing part, three days later I received a parcel containing the missing part as well as all the other items which were Not missing very impressive well done.

My lovely Hozelock retractable hose stopped retracting. I emailed customer service, not hoping for much as it was nearly 3 years after purchase date. I expected an automated response. Instead I got a very nice reply from Cameron, followed by a few very helpful email conversations, then was sent a brand new hose today! My flexible hose developed a burst after only one year of use. I contacted Hozelock and within two weeks I have now received a replacement. Delighted with service.

Hozelock have been outstanding in their customer service. I had a 35 metre Tuffhoze that developed a leak. Leena responded within a week to say a brand new hose would be sent out to me in 3 to 5 days. Excellent customer service fro m start to finish, highly recommend hozelock , really great service.from start to finish.

Amazing 30 year guarantee honoured when the item split after 5 years! We kept the receipt and had no issues getting a replacement amazing customer service! Will definitely be buying products from Hozelock again!

You can only really asses a company’s guarantee when something goes wrong
I had a leak in my expandable hose about a year and half after I purchased it.
I contacted Hozelock customer service department via e mail
They requested a photo of the hose and a receipt for the purchase. Shortly after this I received an e mail saying the hose would be replaced. Within a few days the new hose was delivered to me
I don’t think you can get better than that.
