From start to finish each person I spoke to was brilliant nothing was to much the help I received was faultless the mobility scooter I chose is exactly what I needed (carbon charcoal)

Very friendly experience, not at all pushy, just showed me everything, how to take the product apart and put together. He explained exactly how the appointment would proceed and what to expect. He was a chatty friendly guy who shared a bit about himself and put us totally at ease.

The scooter is brilliant. I purchased a second battery so that I could extend the distance I can travel when I go out for the day. It will give me more freedom which is priceless.

The attitude and help of the staff.
Despite failing to make a purchase, due to my disability, not the quality of the product, the staff remained helpful and considerate up to the end. I would certainly have no hesitation in using Humfee again.

Always a bit of a concern having someone come to you in regards of sales, but certainly was no need to be concerned. Ricardo was very helpful and patient and very polite and friendly. Taking his time to explain and demonstrate the two scooters, ensuring that I knew exactly how to use, open, close, dismantle and put them back together. Making sure that I could lift them and drive them independently. He explained everything very clearly and was very calm and made us also feel calm and relaxed.

They cared about what was best for us. Nothing was rushed. Great to try before committing. Delivered on site by really helpful delivery man. Great experience all round

Easy to fold and unfold. Easy to drive. Only drawback is the lack of a basket or bag. Perhaps I can get a canvas bag that I can hang at the back of the scooter.
