We had a home visit with Danny today as we were interested in a lightweight mobility scooter as seen on TV.
Danny listened to our needs and requirements and the explained some options.
After careful consideration we chose the Connect model for demonstration.
This model of scooter is perfect for our needs and the lightweight aspect and ease of operation, folding and assembly make it a breeze.
Danny’s explanation and demonstration of the company’s approach to their customers was fully understandable.
We look forward to receiving the scooter and being able to live a full life again.

Very nice company. Ryan & Melvin were very helpful. Unfortunately it was a little bit too heavy for me, but they did there best. Very nice, clean and helpful.

Visit was on time and very helpful tried 3 scoters and found one that suited me and will decide over weekend

Alan was extremely professional and had a wealth of knowledge and experience. After our discussions we felt confident to purchase the mobility scooter he recommended for the use we envisaged.

Why is it you cannot get a price out of this company without a home visit? I knew the model i wanted and wanted to make a comparison before committing to a home visit and the best they could tell me is the price is between £2000 and £4700! Really! I can only think that they believe they can pressure vulnerable people into purchasing, what other reason could there be?

Sober was considerate,kind and very helpfull on demonstrating the product and informed me completly about its use.

Was a great experience this morning meeting Lorna.explained every thing about the scooter help with which one would help my mobility . Had a test run with Lorna by my side making sure how everything works. Lorna was such a lovely helped .

The salesman was friendly and explained everything, came and demonstrated how everything works. Very happy with this company and the service. Couldn't recommend enough

Requested a brochure. Got a phone call within an hour and arranged for a rep to come to my house a few days later to demo a few different types. He arrived on time and was very helpful. Purchased a scooter on his recommendation. Asked for delivery before we went on holiday 5 days later. Was informed that this should be no problem. On the delivery day the driver was later than arranged but early according to his schedule. He set it up and took all the packaging away. He was very helpful. The scooter is just what I needed and I am thrilled with it.

It's help me to get out and go round some shops and go to garden centre something I have not been able to do for a long time so I feel I am getting my life back thank you 🙂

All good from initial contact to delivery of scooter

Mark who initially demonstrated the scooter was great. Explained how to dismantle it and put it together again and ensured I was capable of doing it. I ordered the next day but did feel I was pressurised by the chap I spoke to to pay as much as possible. I explained I had to transfer money from a building society as we didn't keep £3000 in the current account and agreed to pay £500. He said he would phone the following day (Friday) but I eventually rang the company as no call received by 3.45pm. I paid the balance and was told customer service wound phone on Monday to arrange delivery. I rang late Tuesday as no call received and was promised a phone call the next day. I received this and delivery was arranged for Thursday. The scooter arrived on time, was demonstrated again, and I am very happy with it. I was never asked what colour I would like, as said per initial contact, but not too bothered about that. It's a really good product but it was a bit annoying not getting promised phone calls.

From my initial online brochure request just over a week ago to yesterday's delivery (28/05/2026) the company have been excellent.
Good, prompt telephone information.
Excellent home viewing of model, with test drive and then friendly advice, details of price etc.
Great delivery service, with little test drive and instructions on usage.
Today I'm looking forward to many
more mobile experiences with my new scooter, whilst continuing to use my old scooter for my home local needs.

I was very pleased with the customer service From Onkar and Ryan.. I feel it was genuine and there was honesty.

Sober came to visit me with several mobility aids. He talked with me about my needs and showed me options that were suitable for me and my requirements.

Alan was absolutely brilliant in demonstrating the scooters didn’t make me feel obliged to buy even though I am buying. He explained everything very clearly and professionally. Arrived for the appointment on time and was very easy to talk to and understand as I said before no hard sales jargon. Thank you again I look forward to receiving my scooter and to be able to get around independently again
