Hice un pedido a fecha 25 junio, en teoria llegaba el dia 8-9 julio, aun estamos esperando, no responde nadie a los mails, no hay telefono de contacto para poder consultar y en la web no te deja ni cancelar ni modificar el pedido, lo encuentro una estafa absoluta, a la espera alguien me responda para anular el pedido, sino tendré que tramitar una denuncia.

Hice un pedido hace un mes. No lo envían, no contestan y por redes sociales si te quejas te bloquean. Estafa, no compréis.

The site offered no clear sizing guidance on mobile, and didn’t disclose its business location. The parcel shipped from NSW, Australia—suggesting local fulfillment.
The jersey arrived drastically oversized. We contacted the company via their website and email, offering to pay for an exchange. No response. When we followed up on Instagram, they replied rudely, refused any exchange, and claimed the issue was “not their fault.” They later repeated this stance via email.
Their Instagram messages were hostile and unprofessional—including statements that they “did not care about any laws—including Australian laws" their T&C are apparently above any Laws. They claimed to be based in Spain, despite shipping from a warehouse in NSW. IP tracking tools show their domain is hosted in Russia, raising serious questions about transparency and more ...
After rudely refusing our request, we noticed their Terms & Conditions had changed. At the time of purchase, sizing wasn’t listed as a non-returnable condition. After our complaint, it was added. We don’t have a screenshot of the original version, but we reviewed it carefully and can confirm the change.
