You didn’t even deliver the sofa bed even though we paid for delivery, was expecting it today, rang you and you said that it should have arrived ? Now you are saying you will send it on Monday, after we moved in, it’s disappointing. This is feedback for better service

Hi , Sorry for the disappointment. We only do schedule delivery which are published on our website .You have added notes that you wanted on 1 st may but that was not possible , as there was no delivery schedule for Auckland on that day , so we scheduled it for the next availabilty which is on coming Tuesday .But since you said you need the couch , we made special arrangements for the delivery to happen tomorrow, which Monday. If you wish to pick up the couch earlier , we can refund you the delivery fee. Please call office to arrange .

Great service, great quality product, communication was fantastic, I called and had an answer straight away. Product was delivered to me on a Sunday which was great! Product is beyond what I was expecting. Will definitely purchase from here again

I found ordering our desk very easy. We haven’t received it yet, so I can’t really give a full review, but we’re really looking forward to its arrival... I love the look of Ikea furniture and I really need a desk... can’t wait till it arrives... 😊

Ordered my furniture over Easter weekend and it was delivered to Paraparaumu Beach this weekend - amazing service - and the delivery person was so helpful lifting my packages into my garage for me. I would definitely buy from Idiya again.

Great and cute desk!
Overall it's a really nice desk and I love the drawers and shelf space. It took half a day to put together and had to be reinforced at the sides as the shelf top doesn't actually join into the base of the desk and can easily fall off if not pushed up against a wall. Also the screwdriver supplied in the box is Slotted one and only fits one type of screw provided so you will need a Phillips screwdriver to put it together.

Product advertised on line. Messaged them a couple of days after placing my order to see when it would be sent as status of order said pending. Received no reply. Phoned them and was told the product was not in stock. Frustraiting! It would have been nice to have been contacted at the time of placing the order so I had time to order from somewhere else.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I see that you ordered Fidget Spinners on 29th of March 2021 and they were showing in-stock on our website. The product was showing in-stock due to some glitch that was resoled later on.
I see that we refunded you for this inconvenience on 30th of March 2021 that was the next day of purchase. I understand that it must have been frustrating as you needed them for your holiday and am very sorry about it.

Item I ordered showed in stock on website. I ordered it to find that it wasn't in stock and had been ordered from ikea. Only realized this too late and now I have to wait months for my item. What a joke.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused. I see that when you ordered the product it was showing as in stock but as conveyed you earlier there was some glitch in the system at that time. We can always process the refund to you and cancel this order if you do not wish to wait.

Stratva Loft bed
Ordered the Stratva Loft bed from Idiya and couldn't be happier! Item was in stock and not only did we receive email confirmation straight away, they delivered the bed within 3 days. One of the easiest beds to put up and I now have an extremely happy child.

Extremely Happy!
Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and received on Sunday morning! Speedy delivery for such a large item considering I'm located in a small rural town. Called to query delivery timeframe as they use their own van (no tracking) and spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful. Delivery driver gave me a 30 min heads up before arriving and was very professional. Extremely happy overall.
