New boiler fitted and…
New boiler fitted and all radiators flushed. Ian from Ignite completed the job over a couple of days to a high standard. Really pleased with the professional service and the tidy pipework. I have used Ignite on many occasions now and always happy with the quality and professionalism from a company that I can trust to do a great job and I have no hesitation to recommend them to friends.
Alan and his father also fitted underfloor heating in my sitting room and dining room and is always on hand if there are any queries.
All quotations are very detailed and well presented and you know exactly what to expect. Good value for money from a company that you can rely on.

Good communication all the time
Good communication all the time. Appointment given within a two hour time frame when part was ordered in. They came on time, polite and quickly fixed my shower. Easy to pay on day as Ian the engineer had card machine. No complaints at all. Would use again without hesitation.

Usual good and prompt service
Called out because spa bath had stopped working - we thought that either pump or switch had failed. Ian investigated and discovered that it was a power problem due to a switch on the main power board either being accidentally turned off or tripping out. Problem was fixed and bath working again. Thanks Ian and also for your arrival update which is a great idea.

They were advised by Linley and…
They were advised by Linley and Simpson.
They recommended a new water tank £1700 plus VAT.
Called Gledhill They explained the small tank needed filling up.
Water tank working fine.
They should have the integrity to say we don't know a particular system instead of blagging it.
Very disappointed in their transparency.
Will not use again.

We do not have a record of completing any work for you, including any surveys or diagnostic visits to your property.
I have also searched for 'Linley and Simpson' as I didn't recognise the name and it seems to be a Estate/Letting agent that is based in Yorkshire. My company is based near Glasgow so I think you may be mistaken for another Ignite Plumbing Services as we have not carried out any work for you or cover the Yorkshire area.
I am sorry to hear that you have been unfairly treated regarding the work that was recently carried out at your property but it would be much appreciated if you could remove this review so as not to affect my review score, as the work has nothing to do with my company. If you would like to clarify that my company is a different company, our registered office address is at the bottom of our website.

Great to find a reliable and efficient plumber
Speedy response from this firm to a water leak problem with my elderly mother's house. Came out same day, great communications re time of visit. Ian and team arrived when stated, fixed problem and cleaned up before leaving. Cannot recommend more highly.

Ignite provided an excellent service
Ignite provided an excellent service. Their engineer, Ian, did a heating system power flush with no fuss, no mess and very quickly. Ignite solved a major problem after I had been let down by a big well known firm, leaving me with no heating. It was all done in one day and at a much better price

Professional Service The plumbers arrived on the date we…
The plumbers arrived on the date we agreed and on time.
They worked steadily and had our 3 new radiators installed in a few hours. They spent at least an hour checking that the central heating was working and that all the radiators in the house were fully functioning.
Finally they vacuumed the areas they were working in and took away all their rubbish
