We had contacted a couple of plumbers before ignite and no one got back to us. Ignite got back to us very quickly with a price and explained the process which was going to be carried out. Also, the communication from receiving the quote to completion was excellent, updates through text and email which were helpful. Also, Alan was also very pleasant and friendly. Also explained everything he was doing and done it in a timely manner. I will definitely be using ignite again.

Came at the appointed hour having previously reminded us to switch the boiler off. Did services efficiently and I would recommend him to others

The reason I have only awarded four stars is that it was a long time from requesting a service and being notified of a date. So long that I was uncertain whether or not they would make an appointment that I had explored other options and would have engaged one but didn't due to my own laziness

In the end I was pleased I was lax

The online quotation process was simple and painless . Accurate prices and initiation of installation process required one single email. Alan arrived at the time he had designated and carried the work out with care and precision leaving the work areas as he found them . The online payment took all of one minute and the old radiators were picked up early next morning. Would not hesitate to use Ignite Plumbing Services again as the whole process from quotation to completion was completely stress free using high quality products and an excellent level of workmanship.

I would recommend ignite to anyone, this is the second time I have used ignite and as before service excellent, prompt and very tydy this is a company i will always provide be happy to use

The service was excellent. Guys turned up on time to do a boiler powerflush. Spent most of the day carefully and methodically working their way round the radiators. All radiators working perfectly now - even one that I had been getting no heat from for the last 6 months!

I had my boiler changed 3 years ago by Ignite at the time my radiators were working fine and I didn’t replace them. I decided to replace them and contacted Ignite again. Alan came to assess the work, sent out a detailed price for the job and we arranged a date for the work to be done. Alan and his colleague arrived on time wearing ppe, the work was done efficiently with no mess at all. Always polite and professional. I would recommend Ignite to anyone.
