I havent received my order, no response from my emails ,very poor service, will not be ordering or using them again.

Do not order!
Ordered a strip light and they sent the wrong size, ordered the right size hoping to send the original back. They have not sent the correct size light or responded to the many emails i have sent. Reporting them to trading standards.

The plug socket in our kitchen broke after 3 years, went to buy a replacement and not in stock, so I bought a similar version. Didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks so followed up and they said that they actually didn’t have the socket in stock and refunded me. A few weeks later I looked again and it still said in stock so I bought it again, the same thing has happened and I have not heard anything about my order after following up multiple times. Beginning to think this is a scam!!

No responses to several return requests. The switches we ordered were fine but wanted to return as they don't match the kitchen. Once you pay for the goods, they don't want to know you.

Update 2/7/25: Surprise, surprise, they have emailed back regarding the return (one day after posting the above review). They have sent a prepaid return label. (very kind of them to send a prepaid as usually companies don't send a prepaid label for returns unless damaged). For this I will give 2 stars.

I wish I was able to give 0 stars. Absolutely terrible service - I ordered a product with £10 next day delivery a month ago, and the product is nowhere to be seen. After a few emails they replied with a very unprofessional email saying they would send the item, and I told them to keep it and give me a refund. It has been 3 weeks with no update and no refund. Whatever you do, just do not buy from this disrespectful company. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from here. I never write reviews, but this incredibly awful service has led me to write one.

Never again from here, and I hope whoever reads this does not buy from here too.

Just don't use...absolutely awful customer service. Normally I read company reviews, didn't this time and got burned. I ordered 3 light switches from them, emailed them about wiring instructions as very basic diagram I managed to find on their website, not obvious. Anyway, as previous reviews said, their customer service is shocking and if, a big if, you got a response from them you'd be waiting weeks for another + no phone number. Stupidly, I ordered a wall socket+USB from them before I'd discovered their poor responses. Light switches eventually arrived, no wiring diagram but I managed to find what I needed from the Internet. Yes, not a sparky by trade and if having issues I shouldveemplyed an electrician to install them...my point is here, no help from i-lumos at all. Oh, and they sent the wrong socket and again lucky if got a reply and thoseI did get were full of empty promises e.g. will send right one out, sorry now out of stock and yes we'll refund you. Funnily enough, still waiting on a refund...more chance of winning the lottery!
Avoid them at all costs...make sure you research and read reviews which I normally do.

Not one customer has rated this company above 1 star - 126 reviews! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They send the wrong things out and then don’t reply to emails or help with questions. No phone number- they refuse to speak on the phones. I have been trying to get a switch sorted for a year- still not sorted and no refund!

The switches I got are either not working or different then ordered. Both are also damaged, the glass panel is cracked.
They reply quickly to not related subjects. They don't reply if you want to return order.

Emailed them for help with a product prior to placing an order. No reply after three emails. I then got a reply, completely ignoring the questions I wanted to ask about a certain product.

Glad I didn’t buy from them, even more so after reading reviews on here.

Purchased led strip for a job at nearly £400 over two weeks ago. Asked via email for multiple updates on shipping. They won’t give me an update of where my items are and are completely ignoring me. No phone numbers, just an email address. My guess is they’re taking peoples money and the pathetic business will fold. If you want to get hold of these crooks then google planet neon which is operating in the same unit and call their number. I did this and they have issued a refund.

Paid for an LED strip. After a week of not being dispatched I emailed them asking why and for an update.
I heard nothing so I emailed again...nothing.
I purchased the same LED strip elsewhere and asked these crooks to issue my refund. Again...absolutely no reply or correspondence whatsoever after taking my money.
All their email addresses are the same single one, and it's useless.
No other means of contacting them.
Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing.
No idea how they are getting away with it.

I paid for next day delivery. I have still received nothing, this was over two weeks ago.no body wants to speak to you or return any emails. i cant even cancel my order and get a refund. Im driving to their head office tomorrow to either get my things or get my money back. possible the worst service I've ever recieved. If you can avoid. do.

I should have read Trustpilot. I returned an item and they refuse to give an refund nor exchange. Avoid.
