I ordered x2 light switches which arrived smashed on the 30th January, I sent an email the same day they arrived advising of them arriving broken, to which they said they would sent replacements, i have now sent 8 emails chasing this and asking for a refund and they have not replied. Absolutely terrible customer service and would not be buying from here again. Wasted £40!

Received light promptly, after a few weeks part of the light started to fail. Sent email on 3rd February to complain told I would receive a new light still nothing no response from them at all absolute joke.

Product arrived late, and actually after we had asked to cancel it. Product arrived not working, yet it still was a fight to get a return approved, and well over a month later they are unresponsive, and I haven't had the refund - feels like they are trying to delay as long as possible, but already have a chargeback with the credit card company now pending.

Avoid at all costs. Absolute joke of a company to deal with. I had literally got a refund off them 3 months later. Countless emails sent and only one response 10 days later. nothing further then but were quick to take the money. Paid for next day delivery and received the goods 31 DAYS later with no tracking number to be advised of prior and then it took them nearly 4 weeks to issue the refund!!

Bought various things in the past when they were Hartington Heath but recent experience not so good. I bought a remote control module which burned out 10 mins after installation. I returned it at my cost and ordered a replacement, which had an effective range of less than 2M. I returned that as well and ordered a third one which worked. This was 6 months ago. I have chased the refunds multiple times by email, chat and phone, and no response on any channel.

Joke of a company, takes your money and then don’t deliver the goods. After 8 emails with no response, finally get an out for delivery once I demand a re-fund. Whilst waiting for the switch to turn up, I found the same switch on Amazon by Bseed at a fraction of the price. It took two months from ordering for the actual switch to turn up.

Like many of the reviews on here I have to say this company accepts your money but they don’t seem to be very proactive when it comes to answering questions about your order. I ordered a led rope light a month ago and paid for standard delivery. After a week my order was still being processed. I contacted them by email as they have no tel number. I was told they didn’t have much stock. Since them after numerous emails no one has replied. I’ve asked Barclaycard to recall my payment as I feel the goods will not arrive.

A little slow with the order process however items arrived the next day after despatch email received. Ceiling lights were a great price so well worth the wait. Thanks Mick, I'll order a few more.

Have used them in the past, and no problems.
Was about to place another order, but had some questions which were key to placing the order. Kept prompting for answers - none received. Eventually looked on Trustpilot and found the shocking 94% one star reviews, all saying the same. Decided not to order from them ever again, and wrote to them saying this. Immediately, got a reply saying "short staffed" --- what short staffed for the last 2 years??? About time you employed extra staff to manage the workload. Also, I found no record of this business on Companies House, so nothing seems to add up. Shame, they were good years ago.

I have never received my order. Send a few emails and I haven't received any reply.
Requested a refund and again no reply.
I have reported them to my bank as Scam/Fraud.

Ordered on 13th Jan
Received one email after chasing multiple times about 10 days later says they're extremely short staffed and order will be sent out in next few days.
It's now 4th Feb no items 6 further emails ignored. No idea how I'll get my money back.

These guys are scammers

Scam. Paid for downlights at the beginning of December but haven’t received anything. Had an email saying they were sending alternatives but I haven’t received anything. No reply to email or chat. Scam.

I purchased numerous touch light switches amounting to £137 6th January 2025 that I still have not received.
I've sent numerous emails for an update on my order but get no replies
until I finally stated I want a refund then I got an email stating my order was being sent that day.
Stlii no delivery received!
I'm now going to the bank to try to recover my money and I'm going to contact the ombudsman association.
BE AWARE of this company it's absolutely shocking!!!!!

Ordered on 2nd January 2025 and payed extra for next day delivery, today is 16th and no news about the order. No contact number to call nothing. Probably another china drop shipping company. Avoid at any cost.

Ordered two light switches from Ilumos. Over a week later and not heard anything in terms of an update of where the order is. Despite sending multiple emails. No way of contacting them other than email or their chat service through the website which is never answered by a person.

I order some led strip lights they didn’t turn up on the expected day contacted them for it to be a couple of days to get back in touch, told me they had got lost in warehouse this went on for a few weeks a number of emails eventually after so many emails and no reply they finally sent an email to say that they we’re refunding me took a further week very bad company do not recommend theses at all

Like all the other comments, I ordered a switch and no order was sent and no way of contacting them.
So annoying as I’ve had a switch from them before and it was a good product

STAY FAR AWAY!!! They owe me a refund of £162 which was due months ago and they ignore every email request I send them chasing this up. Daylight robbery!! Awful awful company. Do not buy anything from them.
