Ordered on 2nd January 2025 and payed extra for next day delivery, today is 16th and no news about the order. No contact number to call nothing. Probably another china drop shipping company. Avoid at any cost.

Ordered two light switches from Ilumos. Over a week later and not heard anything in terms of an update of where the order is. Despite sending multiple emails. No way of contacting them other than email or their chat service through the website which is never answered by a person.

I order some led strip lights they didn’t turn up on the expected day contacted them for it to be a couple of days to get back in touch, told me they had got lost in warehouse this went on for a few weeks a number of emails eventually after so many emails and no reply they finally sent an email to say that they we’re refunding me took a further week very bad company do not recommend theses at all

Like all the other comments, I ordered a switch and no order was sent and no way of contacting them.
So annoying as I’ve had a switch from them before and it was a good product

STAY FAR AWAY!!! They owe me a refund of £162 which was due months ago and they ignore every email request I send them chasing this up. Daylight robbery!! Awful awful company. Do not buy anything from them.

Took 1 month to hear of them even though advertise next day dispatch. No reply to 10 emails or so. Bought 20 spot lights, received 6 totally different, nothing to what was ordered. Scam, avoid and stay away of them. Trades under few other names as well, judging by the feedback, scam as well. Customer service not existent so nowhere even to complain

If there is an option for zero star these a**holes would get one. AVOID AT ALL COST!. Made orders over £2000. NO GOODS. NO COMMUNICATION. Was sent cheap products from China. Recieved empty parcel with a few cheap £2 sockets. No Refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Avoid at all cost. It has to be a scam.
If you want to spend good money on a product you are never likely to receive or have your money returned then this is definitely the company for you. Otherwise, don't even consider them.
I've spent a month waiting and chasing some light fittings and despite several emails they could not provide the goods. In the end I had some delivered from another supplier within 2 days.
I'm still waiting for my £50+ refund but over 2 months later I'm not expecting it back.
Whatever you do, don't waist your precious time and money on this company.

Ordered. Paid. Never arrived. Zero successful contact. SCAM COMPANY. Do yourself a favour and stay away from ordering anything.

Lets see if you get a reply as I've emailed 3 times now asking for advice on some £600 worth of lights I bought, nothing

2 weeks waiting for a simple light switch. Emails keep getting ignored, now cancelled order and asking for a refund - still being ignored.
I would not use this company again.

This is a Rubish company, sales cheap Rubish product. I placed order in 22nd November and yet, no luck with order and sent email and no replay. Bought quite a few switched this year. Not a good quality. Few of them faulty and I did not bother to ask for refund and it was over 30 days.

DO NOT USE. Awful company. No communication. False promises. Been waiting over 12 weeks for a £400 order. Had to claim money back via bank. Do not order from them

Ordered components, items never sent or delivered. Customer care poor and have never received components or refund. Currently actioning my credit card to recover monies.

My previous review of I-Lumos seems to have been removed - I don't know why, because I was attempting to be kind and give them the benefit of the doubt.

However, I have now concluded after several emails, and broken promises in their replies, that they have no intention of fulfilling the order I placed with them on 31 October.

I have therefore asked my bank to reverse the debit card payment for the goods ordered. This was a very simple course of action and the bank has already returned the money to my account. I would suggest that others who are similarly out of pocket should do the same. It appears that only action by the banks is going to stop this trader from advertising goods online and failing to supply. Sadly, it seems there is no other effective sanction against private traders (as opposed to limited companies) who indulge in this apparently fraudulent activity.

I notice that despite all the recent comments I-Lumos was recently advertising 'Black Friday' deals on its website. Hopefully potential customers for those deals checked out these Trustpilot reviews before parting with their money!

Before removing this review as 'unverified' or whatever, I am happy to provide any evidence the Trustpilot moderators would like, in order to prove that my experience with this trader is genuine.

Simply don’t supply anything.
Been a month since ordering and nothing sent at all. They are a con as far as I can tell. If you do manage to get a response they say they’ll send the order then simply don’t. They used to have a good product but something has happened and now they simply don’t send anything. They take your money though! That they are good at!!!

Don't use them.
From all the other reviews and my experience it seems they will send you same broken switch then after numerous emails will tell you that they will send you replacement arrange for broken one to be returned and you won't hear anything from them again.
Total SCAM!
Phone number doesn't work. Web chat no reply and you mights get some sketchy reply on an email after a week or so and then silence...

Full scam website! Impossible to contact
