I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I've spent a significant amount and have not received my items and no one responds to my emails! There is no contact number. Absolutely shocking! Don't waste your money!!

Thieves in disguised clothing. Never receive my order. Drove to their address of the a406 North circular and they have closed shop and renting out the space. Be verrrrrry aware

Ordered touch dimmer switches which arrived within 3 days, but was missing the remote, managed to get that sent out to me. However I was disappointed with the look of the switches, the packaging was poor and they looked used. They were not fit for purpose so I requested a refund. This took about 2 weeks to get a return label.

After returning the items nearly a month ago, I have not heard anything from them and i’m now chasing them for a refund.

I just wished I had read these reviews, I am also coming to a conclusion this is a fraud company. Impossible to get a response back from emails and chats. No other way to contact. Like others have said please avoid placing any orders with this company.

After posting this review I received a response in my email today. I have ordered two items and one item was not available. I requested they send what they can deliver and refund on the item out of stock. Let’s see if they honour what they say.

This company has failed to respond to my recent email to refund, finally I have reported them to my bank.

Please don’t place online orders with this company, your money will be taken no items sent.

As others have pointed out AVOID this business it’s SCAM. They take your money no products delivered and no refunds.

Not a reputable company - took money for an order that wasn't delivered, then keep saying they've refunded when they haven't. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered 600 of flex from them which I required to complete a job. No updates to order status so I was forced to buy from another supplier. Contacted them to cancel the order and my products were shipped the same day as the cancellation request...

Requested a return and refund and eventually got a return and the promise of a refund. It's been over a month since then and no refund or communications.

I ordered the products on the 10th September originally...

Looks like I'm taking them to the small claims court to get my money back.

Absolutely appalling company. Do not use them.

Order placed 10 days ago, not received. Shop App states it was delivered !! Tried to contact via Web chat and they say they do not recognise order number......now not responding to further messages. Reported to Bank as Fraudulent.

Shocking customer service. No way of getting hold of them. No replies to the online message service.
Parcel arrived and damaged/ missing parts.

Terrible customer service, I ordered the outdoor strip lights which have a fault. Started smoking and burning after I switched them on for a few minutes. Scary as I have a young daughter who could have touched them if I didn’t see it. Spoke to Mick a few times and he advised he will send new item instead. No apology no explanation and still waiting for the replacement 2 months on. I have emailed asking for a contact number and emailed several times he will reply every so often. I will be taking this further and getting legal help as this is theft.

Mick took control of my order .they were out of stock of a 4 gang 2 way touch switch.
Went for 4 gang 1 way .
Product arrived the next day.

Oh dear! So I placed an order for spotlights on 7th Nov expected them to arrive. It’s now 13 and no delivery. Shows as pending on SHOP app and had a reply from Mick on Monday to say “Will go down to the warehouse find out what the delay is” but nothing since.
No contact number have emailed repeatedly for a refund and still nothing. I’ve became suspicious and then found everyone experience on here! Too late for my £52 order. TOTAL SCAM! They should be shut down online trading, as they came up on google search
Update: promised a refund following this review then SHOP app is updated as refunded - 5 days later no REFUND in the bank!

A switch I had previously purchased went faulty. After much trying I eventually received a reply stating they would replace the faulty switch. I am now 2 months on and still not received the replacement switch.

Such a shame that the service is so appalling as the product is good.

placed an order for a 360 neon flex light. 30 meters. states next day delivery. not the case at all. they pretend to have a london address, and their telephone number doesn’t work. still took my £300 bucks a shop pay. DO NOT TRUST. no comms. they are the most abundant advert on google for this product. rip off merchants!!!

Item bought and absolutely no response for two weeks. I asked for a refund and then 3 days later I received a refund with no explanation or apology as to what happened. Outrageous service.

All switches in my house are Lumos, I have problems with three, I have tried to communicate with them over the last few MONTHS and the best I have achieved is an automated reply. As some of the switches are two or three way, and they are not compatible with other switches, ( In fact they make two different models which look identical but are not compatible.) the outcome of the exercise means that almost every switch in my house will require to be replace as over ninety percent of them are linked to another one.

There should be a Lower star rating to cover this.

This company is diabolical i ordered over 3 weeks ago no email used chat bot but now that doesn’t work think this company gone bankrupt. I cant even find them on companies house. Order hasn’t even been processed.
Is there anyone out there who can find a number for them or lives close so we can bombard them.

Ordered a glass 2g touch switch for a job. Delivery stated next day. 6 days on and zero response to emails and no switch!

How can this company get away with just stealing £30 of my money?’

Fraudulent company. Never sent goods and I have to assume never intended to. Issued a false refund report and I assume never intend to actually refund. Company have ceased to reply to my requests to actually put the refunded money in my account. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

In the interest of fairness, eventually received refund after much effort.

I ordered some lights two weeks ago. As the shipping costs were more expensive than the lights, I ordered standard delivery but they haven't arrived yet. They don't reply to the email and by the tracking it seems they have not even send them yet. Poor experience, poor customer service.
