Paid for next day delivery, after 2 weeks and still no products I managed to get a refund via my bank however I doubt they would have given any refund from their side considering the lack of care in their emails , I doubt I would have ever received anything

Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star, I wouldn't give them the 1 star if it allowed.
I did not receive the item described. I specifically purchased LED strip lights that could be cut to length, but was sent strip lights with no cut marks. When they finally replied to an email, I was told the marks were on the inside, but they are sealed. Then told cut marks are on the side, but there isn't. Then told on the bottom, but you guessed it, there isn't any. Numerous videos and pictures sent to them to show them, but now I'm being ignored.
No point trying to call as there number obviously isn't manned because it constantly goes straight to answer machine.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Product arrived promptly but not quite as ordered (power leads too short). Tried email and chat but no response yet. Phone number doesn’t work. - update: heard back from my complaint, they have apologised and sent out the correct length versions free of charge. Much appreciated.

Extremely slow shipping and customer service response. Actually we never received any products even after several weeks. Tried to cancel the order but it takes forever to get any response. And when they did reply, they said some products can’t be cancelled. That’s just a joke and they are most certainly just scammers. Now we really need to figure out how to get the money back.

UPDATE: I heard back from ilumos when I posted this review and my refund has been sorted. Please improve your communication with customers. Thanks for sorting my refund.

Communication was good at the beginning. But now I need a refund and sent the item back I have not heard from them. Giving them another few days before I take the next step as I appreciate that inboxes do pile up but even just an acknowledgement would put me at ease

Their light switches just don’t work, they are impossible to get any sensible response. Don’t touch them they are a scam.

Ordered a light swith, it worked gor a week, then stopped working. Tried to arrange a replacement/refund, no response. Its been 2 weeks now still no contact. Very disappointed.

Don’t buy from this scammers, i bought something from them 10 days ago and pay for next day delivery and didn’t received my stuff plus I can’t get hold of them.

Like others I wish I’d read these reviews before sending money to these lying scammers.
Too long a story to bother repeating, if you’re looking for LED flex or any other product I-lumos advertise, then go anywhere but to them.

Faulty product returned. No refund received. Contacted on the phone and they said they were having issues. Two weeks later emailed them - same reply. Since then no emails have been answered. No answer on the telephone. Seeing all these reviews I can see we are not the only people having this experience. How do they stay in business. We will be taking this further...

Is it possible to leave a zero star for this company. Extremely poor!! I ordered products next day delivery paid in full they never arrived. I emailed a few days later to wait two days for a response which was “ sorry the are not in stock I will check with warehouse” nothing again for days. So emailed for an update. NO reply! Requested a refund end of August. Finally got an email saying refund actioned but can take up to 5 days. We are over 5 days, guess what still no refund. Wish I had checked the company out first!! AVOID!!!

I would avoid this company at all costs. They talk a good game on their website and back it up with nothing.

Firstly their phone is a no go, no one answers it, now goes straight to voicemail. Pointless.

I emailed and they quote 'will get back to you in 2 days' well that's a lie. When they do get back to you, they ask random questions, avoid answering any technical information. I have problems with 2 of these switches and now I'm screwed.

I have sent items back and now looking at other reviews, I might as well give up getting my money back. Even when one turned up damaged.

Your expensive light switches turn up just bubble wrapped in a box too. No proper boxing, just shoved in a box with bubble wrap. Avoid these cowboys.

I dont know what has happened to this company.
Never send the products, never answer the phone, never reply to email.

I ordered things, I received a package with half of the order, after writing an e-mail to the store, they replied that they would send the rest and they have not replied anymore and I have not received the package to this day. I advise you to avoid this store.

I ordered 3 lights from these robbing b######s and haven't heard a peep tried getting in touch with them but nothing,I have had there stuff before through another company with no problem but going direct to them it's a disgrace ,why can they just take people's money and get away with , wish I read the reviews 1st🤦

I wish i had read all the reviews for this company before i bought products from them. i have beeN chasing a refund for faulty goods since March, despite over a hundred call attempts nobody ever answers the phone, AND FORGET EMAIL. i tried contacting the manufacturer of the products and they too are run by the same group of cowboys that run this company. PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered some products 3 weeks ago. Said it was due 2 days later never received 2 weeks later. After multiple calls to the company and just ringing unavailable, and sending multiple emails with no replies.
Requested a refund and of course no reply.
AVOID!
