This must be the worst shipping company have used and would recommend anyone to use. Tell me how they charge shipping a phone as a dangerous item, and the reason is the inbuilt lithium battery, and they still go ahead to double charge me for local carrier charge. Kes 500 G4S I don't know to where then another Kes 680 to reach my address, so thats another Kes 1,180 for local delivery. After paying Kes 8,340 which is almost 80% the price of the phone. I regret changing my shipping company to try them out. If u really want to get tripled tax by this company then go ahead work with them

This was my first time shipping with the company. They did consolidate all my packages as requested and delivered straight to my house

I have used iMail Kenya for several years, which is why this experience has been very disappointing.

My shipment arrived in Nairobi on 16 May 2026 and entered a split shipment reconciliation process. While I understand that delays can happen in international logistics, the biggest issue throughout this experience has been the lack of meaningful customer communication and accountability.

Despite multiple respectful follow-ups, I received no clear timelines or substantive updates, and responses often felt dismissive and impersonal. At one point, I was told:
“We'll advise on this when the shipment is ready in Nairobi, as for now all you can do is wait.”

Unfortunately, that response reflected the overall customer experience.

Due to the prolonged delay, I was forced to purchase replacement items at additional personal expense after it became clear the shipment would not arrive within the communicated timeline.

As a long-standing customer, I expected far better communication, professionalism, and customer care.

I shipped a piano from Amazon and just received it at my house. Don't expect lightning speed because of the consolidating factor but you do get the goods intact

Very easy and straightforward to ship with. Cargo was delivered to my address within timeframe. Not too much communication clutter

Great courier, I have used the company consistently and they've delivered all my goods in a timely manner, They are large consolidators so the service doesn't match DHL or Fedex but at the price, its an excellent deal

They are very expensive and will charge you Kes 5000 to ship in perfume. Delivery is Kes 1000 in Nairobi. Crazy pricing. Please do not consider using them. Use Savostore or Aquantuo. Use them at your own peril!!

This place doesn’t exist. I drove 2 hours to Staten Island to ship stuff to Kenya, the place is storage place.There is no shipping company here (330 Tompkin Ave, Staten Island NY) I have called there phone number countless times , no one picks up. Please don’t waste your time

Worst Customer Service ever! Not only do they hide charges, but when you raise a query, they are rude, act as if you are a bother, and it's a favour they are doing you. They do not state that laptops, phones, PS5 controllers, or any item with a lithium battery will incur an extra fee that you will be surprised with on your invoice at the point of collection. And no, I'm not talking about shipping a battery on its own, as it's a prohibited item.

Used them in the past no problems. This time I informed them of my address change. They shipped to the old address. Contacted them to have them change the address with the courier. They refused and told me to take it up with the courier themselves, which I did. Then came the passive aggressive, I can not find your address nonsense, so they ultimately ended up not delivering the package. This is one of those businesses that believes they are doing you a favor by delivering competent customer service. The believe that you need them more than they need you. I am in the process of getting my money back. I would never use them again and would advise others to do the same.

I have shipped with Imail before small parcels this time round I shipped a box of clothes and they said it weighed about 23kilos. I paid up and once it was delivered it didn't feel like 20 kilos even so I weighed it myself and it was 13.9 kilos. Was so shocked and contacted Imail but they left me on read. Such a disappointing experience. Never shipping with them again.

It's a good air freight company that delivers straight to your door. The tracking is perfect with constant notifications on email and WhatsApp
