Easily tailored quote to fit Needs and Budget
My current providor had increased one policy by 18% and the other by 25% so time to check the comparison sites. Insure your Paws was the lowest where they did not have a percentage of the remaining cost ontop of the voluntary excess when claiming. I chose to get a quote direct from their web site and found it extremely easy to tailor the 2 policies (2 dogs) to my requirements and as the total cost of the policies was displayed and updated at every change I could easily adjust to fit my budget aswell. Finaly setting up the direct debit was so easy on line

Did not honour sign up offer
Not off to a good start as they have declined my Top Cashback offer despite purchasing a new policy in line with the conditions. Will be challenging this.
The price was reasonable and sign up ok but not happy with this.

OK, but could be a lot easier.
Interacting with Insure your paws / Davis Group was painful. For questions and such like you are constantly directed to the website which has conflicting information on it. You cant make a claim over the phone, it has to be online, but that was faulty for a day and added stress to an already stressful experience.
In their defence, once submitted, the claim was approved and paid quickly and i give them credit for that.
The price for the insurance is wht it is, there are cheaper, there are more expensive you mke your own mind up depending on the cover you want.

My previous pet insurer raised my pet…
My previous pet insurer raised my pet premium by 16% when I've not made any claims. So I used a compare site and found Insure Your Paws that offered higher cover for less than my last year's monthly premium!. I'll be checking my renewal premium next year just in case. It's early days so I've not had to use their claims process. Fingers crossed I don't have to.

All was good, with the minor exception that it was not made clear the first direct debit payment was made when the cover was bought and not when it started.

To clarify, the initial payment is collected when the policy is purchased. This is because Direct Debit instructions can take up to 7 days to be set up with the bank. After the initial payment, any subsequent payments are then collected on your preferred payment date.

Great with setting up policy for my new dog person I spoke to explained everything to me and give me options to opt in or out of extra benefits that could be added to policy like tracking my dog down if she went missing which I did add to my policy was really easy to set up and great they give u the option of paying monthly as some other sites I checked with wanted full payment
