Ridiculous Claims Experience
I have been a customer of Insureyourpaws for seven years. I had to make a claim five or six years ago and it was dealt with eventually. Since then they have changed the process and it seems to be outsourced to a company called Davies Group Ltd. It is ridiculously convoluted and slow ... I submitted the claim on their portal and uploaded the information needed. Three weeks later, all of the info I uploaded is still marked as 'Pending' and hasn't even been looked at by anyone. I have paid the vets over £1100 based on the belief that the insurance will cover it. When you send a message on the portal asking for an update, nothing comes back ... occasionally you get random emails saying they have received something after you have not sent them anything! It is a farce: a disorganised, clueless farce and honestly I could not recommend more strongly that people avoid this company. Pick a different insurance provider or just put the money in a savings account.

One of the best i could find..this year!
After weighing up many Insurers i thought this was best value for money. I dislike having to pay a co insurance % and it was one of the cheapest i could find..that's what ppl are looking for..all insurers are ridiculously expensive and all will go up quite a bit every year even if you don't claim! Is it worth having your own saving pot for your pup? Many do now!

Avoid this policy at all costs !!! Had to pay a significant premium for my Frenchie and first time needed to claim for new condition has become an absolute war of attrition, with under writers of the policy now looking for any excuse not to pay any costs ! If this was an existing condition would totally understand but even vets have said totally new an unrelated condition …. and still under writers trying to find any excuse to try a wriggle out of paying with what appears to be zero comeback !
At the moment the whole claiming process seemed to be geared to be extremely difficult and not helping in any way at all …. With the policy not worth the paper it is written on !
Zero help in resolving this and would never use these people again !! Better somewhere else or putting your premium in a high interest account …..

This is our third dog that we have insured with ensure your paws. They were wonderful with us when we lost our dog recently. Even offered us counselling which I thought was a very good thing to do.
