Very helpful as I don't do on line banking, so we were allowed to set a direct debt up via the phone.
And verification of Coopers insurance was emailed to me within minutes.

Easy and comprehensive with good excess

They wanted to increase premium by 14.7 % they said they can only consider reducing the increase if it is, coincidentally, over 15%!!!!!!!
