Returns go through our online portal, so there's no waiting on a reply. If a bottle turns up faulty, we'll replace it even if it's been used. Return postage is yours to cover.

Nice Bottles shame about all the emails
I like the bottles I have two although the second one I bought was missing one of the rubber valves that stops it leaking. I don't think it was a one off either as my neighbour had the same bottle and the same issue.
My first bottle is still going strong nearly 3 years later so I feel the product is worth it.
This order was to get a new valve which was fine.
However from this order I have received 7 emails. I unsubscribed the other day yet received another asking for a review.

It's good to hear your first bottle is still going strong after nearly three years, and we're sorry the second one arrived without one of its rubber valves, especially when your neighbour ran into the same thing with theirs. A missing valve on a bottle that's meant to be leak-proof is a fair thing to be annoyed about.
Seven emails from a single order for a replacement part is plenty, and receiving a review request after you had already unsubscribed must have been frustrating. We've carefully noted all of this, including the missing valve and the emails that kept arriving after you opted out.

I bought a steel bottle for my son to take to nursery. About a month later I noticed the inside looked either mouldy or rusty, despite it being cleaned daily and only ever containing water. This hadn’t happened to my daughters one so I hoped it was a one off faulty bottle and contacted customer services and Inah was in touch super quickly to offer apologies and to arrange for a replacement to be delivered. It arrived within 48 hours. I think companies are best judged when something goes ‘wrong’ and was really impressed with how this was handled. Thank you!
