ION8 makes leak-proof water bottles, kids' bottles, travel mugs and flasks in the UK. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund — unused and in its original packaging.
Returns go through our online portal, so there's no waiting on a reply. If a bottle turns up faulty, we'll replace it even if it's been used. Return postage is yours to cover.

I am really happy with my Ion8 water bottles.
The first one I bought years ago is still going strong but I wanted some smaller size bottles. They are to easy to keep clean and in a range of styles.

High quality, long lasting product
The bottles are excellent quality and the insulated ones keep water chilled as you would expect. I've replaced the lid of a previous bottle due to it being dropped multiple times but the bottle itself is still in great shape. I would recommend the investment rather than replacing with multiple, cheap plastic bottles.

I didn’t realise that not all the bottles came with straws, and I haven’t ordered another one as I didn’t want to pay for postage again.
Apart from that, the bottle is sturdy, works really well and looks lovely. My little one absolutely loves it! 😊

We completely understand the frustration about the straw not being included and then facing postage costs for a separate order. Not all our bottles come with straws as standard (some have spouts, others have straws depending on the range), and we know that's not always obvious when you're choosing. If you do decide you'd like to add a straw in future, our accessories can be ordered alongside other items to make the most of delivery - but we hear you on wanting to avoid extra postage.
Really pleased the bottle itself is working beautifully and that it's sturdy and lovely to use. That's the foundation right there.

I never leave home without one of these bottles.
I have used my bottles everyday. The bottles are great to use, knowing that they aren't going leak no matter position they end up in the bag. If using an insulated bottle remember to pour hot water in and leave for a couple of minutes, pour out and the pour your hot drink in. That should endure your drink stays hotter for longer.

Excellent drinking bottle. Doesn't leak, looks good & easy to clean. Got a small one for my 12 month old granddaughter (which has been dropped on a regular basis), who loves hers, though prefers nan's.

Arrived in good time. Excellent quality, and looks smart. The best thing for me, is it doesn't leak. I like the lockable top, and the handy carry handle. My grandson has four bottles with different designs. I'm very happy with with this purchase, and would definitely recommend.

Ordered on 11th October with "Royal…
Ordered on 11th October with "Royal Mall Tracked48" shipping option, and parcel is still showing as "we're expecting it" on Royal Mail tracking. Been told by Ion8 customer service that they allow 10 working days before they'll investigate. I understand that delays can happen, but this is absolutely shocking. If Roayl Mail tracking hasn't been updated, it means the parcel hasn't been scanned because they've not sent it yet. I ordered specifically for the fast shipping, if I'd known they'd not even try to meet this I wouldn't have bothered. Disgraceful, I'm about ready to tell them to just cancel my order.

Really excellent water bottle. Love the feel of it and the material. Love the lid and I added the straw which works well. It doesn't leak when you do the double lock. Love the finger loop, makes it easy to carry or hang off a carabiner on your bag. Perfect!
