Bloody useless, they should not be allowed to operate. What they do is criminal. Take your money, don’t give a shit, remove items from the vehicle (my phone cradle) take bloody ages to take your car from you (over half an hour and rude obnoxious representatives who even threaten to not take my car when I expresssd frustration at his lack of communication. The drop off was comical. An hour and a half to bring my vehicle to me when their SLA in their receipt says 25-35 mins! Again no communication.
Then drop off the vehicle which Id already prepaid for the parking for and the arse leaves the ticket in the dashboard tells me it will let me through the barrier and surprise surprise when I get there it’s asking me for payment. I call them and they say I have to email them to get a refund…. What should be a stress free and convenient drop off and pick was an absolute cowboy act! Avoid them like the plague and stay away from compareparking.co.uk too who seem to endorse these monkeys despite their bad reviews!

This company should be banned!
My car was entrusted to them for 1 week.
I left 3/4 tank of fuel as I’m disabled / female lone driver.
A Phone cable which I use for GPS & to charge my phone.
I collected my car this evening, 05 June 2026, it was unattended the key was left on the front driver’s tyre.
The petrol light was on - they kindly left me 17 miles.
Every car mat was covered in mud.
My walking stick was thrown on the back parcel shelf.
This is a huge violation of trust.
These people are wilfully misleading customers.
My car needs a full valet, replacement phone charger and fuel.
The words I would like to leave to describe this company would not be permitted for publication.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Worst experience, had to pay an extra £8 on arrival, the staff were 45 minutes late on drop off and a hour a half late on pick up. Staff were rude and told me he didnt care about the 1 star reviews. Never again I hope others read reviews before booking

Absolute Joke. Need to warn others before using this company I park or fly away as they seem to be the same parking. Called them when we landed as requested. After an hour no contact no car eventually when answered were told they have lost the key. They refused to tell me where my car was and said I need to either pay for a replacement up front and they will reimburse at a later day. Get a spare delivered or get taxi home and claim it back. Bear in mind we live 3 hours away from Gatwick . Appalling also that the airport have no management over the operators they allow to work within the car park. Absolutely a joke do not use

DO NOT USE! if I could give a zero rating I would. Waited 3 hours for our car keys to be returned. Our card hadn't been moved from the short stay car park. They stopped answering the phone. Laughed in our face when they dropped someone else's car off. I explained I had a baby and my dad is in a wheelchair. They eventually left the keys on a separate floor on the bonnet of a car that they were using to run around (someone's car who dropped it off 2 hours before) There were 5 families in the same position as us. When we finally got the keys back we got to the car park barrier to be told that we owe £560.. Disgusting! They use multiple names. Gatwick staff said they can't do nothing about it and that they are scammers.

DO NOT USE EASY PARK/IPARK London Gatwick went on a big family holiday booked my car and my in laws car with them got back to find the in-laws car still in the car park left unlocked, dead battery, things missing and someone has been smoking in there. Waited 2 hours for them to drop my car off, told them I have a 10 month old and 4 year old with me, for them to leave my car in another car park so I had to go get it, then the in laws keys just left in my car and my car keys on my drivers wheel in plain sight. In laws car was left in the car park all week and they have had a £692 bill from @London Gatwick to get out of the parking after waiting another 1.5 hours for breakdown to come jump start there car there was plenty of people waiting hours for they’re cars and plenty finding their cars with the keys left on the wheel so angry with this company my advice if going to London Gatwick is to just get a taxi or use the long stay car park DO NOT USE MEET AND GREET NO ONE TO FIND WHEN PICKING YOUR CAR UP IT JUST GETS LEFT kept getting told by the man on the phone 5 minutes

Whatever you do do not use this company, they use a third-party. Whose drivers haven’t got a clue what they’re doing,you phoned the office They also haven’t got a clue. It’s an absolute joke. I waited over two hours for my car to be returned to me then they parked it in the wrong car park. When I phoned the driver. He said he’s gone to the toilet and left my key on the wheel then when they bought the car to me, they had crashed the car. I’ve now been waiting for two weeks for them to respond to me and all they do is say send an email. It’s an absolute joke. Please stay away from this company if you want your car to be the way you left it when going on holiday.

Waited an hour to drop car off, on return 5 days later waited 2.5 hours for pick up, kept getting fobbed off, eventually was told my car was one level below the wait zone, no one there from the company with my car, key had been left on top of tyre...reason they'd done a runner was my car was damaged and it's now a write off. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Very disappointing experience with I Parks Gatwick Meet & Greet. Despite parking charges supposedly being included in the service, we were forced to pay car park fees both on arrival and again on departure. There was nobody present to collect our keys when we arrived, and we were instructed to leave them on the wheel arch of the car, which felt completely insecure and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, when we returned from our trip there was a long wait for our vehicle to be delivered back to us. Overall, the service was poorly organised, stressful, and not what we expected from a meet and greet provider. I would not recommend using this company.

Scam company featured on BBC WATCHDOG ON 3rd June 2026. Part of multiple sham companies run by Muhamaad SAQIB a serial fraudster. Cars are left unlocked in unsecured wasteland/fields or kept in short stay car parks racking up hundreds in parking fees for YOU to pay when you return from holiday. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

The worst parking experience at North Terminal Car Park 6 with iPark. Nobody there to leave keys with; we were advised, after calling 6 times and waiting for over an hour that they were too busy in South terminal so not able to get to the North terminal, to leave keys in car which we were not prepared to do. We decided to park elsewhere at the terminal and we were offered a refund, which we are still waiting for. I have emailed numerous times and nobody is responding. Totally shoddy service. Would not recommend.

ABSOLUTE SCAM AND NIGHTMARE PARKING. waited an hour on arrival and the guy made us pay the £8 fee in and out of the airport so added extra £16 which said was included. On arrival had to wait 2 hours for collection. Horrible nasty terrible staff. Everyone is so rude and useless. They’re clearly dodgy nasty scammers. Absolute waste of my time and money. I am so against this company.

This company is a scam. Car didn't leave the short stay car park, leaving us with a £550 bill to pay (then discounted by 50% by Gatwick airport car park, as they are aware of the scammers but have so far been unable to stop them). They still have our car keys, but hang up when rung. Do not make this mistake

Do not trust this company. iPark is a complete scam operation run by a dishonest individual named Rajee. They subject paying customers to absolute misery and have zero accountability.

🛑 The Experience: 3+ Hour Delays at 2 AM
The "It's Coming" Lie: After arriving at 11pm, we were left stranded for over 3 hours. When you call, they just feed you the line "it's coming" on repeat, with no intention of actually delivering.

Other people could literally see their cars parked, but they refused to bring the keys out to them.

The man on the phone, Rajee, is incredibly rude. He was hacking/coughing down the phone, having completely separate conversations while on the line with us, and eventually resorted to swearing and hanging up.

He claimed he could physically "see our car" from where he was. Turns out, he was sitting at Heathrow, while we were stranded at Gatwick.

Be warned that Gatwick Airport is completely fed up with this operation, and the Police are actively aware of how these people operate. They are treating customers' vehicles and time with total contempt.
Save yourself the stress, the middle-of-the-night exhaustion, and the verbal abuse. Book with an official or reputable parking provider instead. This outfit is a total scam.

Waited over an hour to give our key, was asked for money to get out of the airport which was NOT in the email. Other people waiting missed their flights.

A MASSIVE IF... you get through after 19 calls you will be told your car is on its way... 20 times.

After a 2.5 hour wait and told several times our car is on its way, turns out our car had not moved from where we parked it at the start.

Man on the phone is a waste of space... he had NO IDEA was was going on!!!!!!

Couldn’t contact them for 1 hour after we landed. Then had to wait a further 1.5 hours when I eventually got through.
The operator said he had only two drivers working.
Do not book this company if you want to make a flight.

I booked the parking on a comparison website and stupidly looked at reviews for the comparison site rather than ipark. Please do not make the same mistake. We managed to contact the company when we landed to arrange to have our car delivered, but when we arrived at the meeting point there were around 20 people waiting which grew to around 30 as the (late) night went on. It seemed everyone had different stories - out car had been driven off site whereas other had they cars left in the carpark but with no keys to move them. Getting hold of the company was a nightmare thereafter with repeated claims thay the car was in its way. We collectively managed to collar one of their drivers who appeared to be approaching cars and hiding car keys on the wheels. At this time we called the police who were brilliant and dispatched multiple units. To cut a long story short I was one of the lucky ones whose car was at the yard and they had my keys. The 3 hour wait I had was nothing compared to others who were still waiting to be reunited with their cars when I left. Just as I was leaving the police found a carrier bag with multiple car keys in that someone had dumped when being chased!! The police said they have ongoing issues with these guys who just set themselves up as different companies, and are trying their hardest to shut them down.
PLEASE DONT DO AS I DID AND GO FOR THE CHEAPEST QUOTE - MAKE 100% SURE YOU READ REVIEWS RELATING TO THE ACTUAL PARKING COMPANY. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND OPERATING ILLEGALLY WITH NO INSURANCE POLICY WHICH ENABLES THEM TO DRIVE YOUR CAR!!!!
