Avoid! They made me subscribe and been told I would receive 100£ voucher for referral which doesn’t work. Been mugged about for months now full of lies and sh*t. Do not refer or subscribe

Very disappointed with the referral programe

Very disappointed with the referral program. I gave my referral number to a friend of mine, he purchased a starter pack (as stated in T&C) and I got the voucher. However it is only 50 instead of 100 (as promised ) . I wrote the complaint on this issue but instead of an excuse and the proper discount code I have to submit my friend`s order number, date etc. As I got the first (wrong value ) voucher it means everything was up to the requirements. Now, shall I bother my friend again with all those details? Very unfair.

Call centre staff

Bilal took my call and was professional throughout. He helped with my issue and was honest with the fact that he didn’t know why it was happening. I was a little manic and he kept his cool.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order based on the "24-hour postage" promise, but it has now been days and I still haven't received anything.

I contacted DHL (the courier used), and the experience wass just as poor—no help and no information. It is frustrating that a premium brand like IQOS partners with a delivery service that has such low reliability. I shouldn’t have to chase my own parcel for a week when I was told it would be here the next day. IQOS needs to fix their logistics or stop promising fast delivery.

ISSUE RESOLVED - THANK YOU

*UPDATED REVIEW* - Issue has been resolved by Khalid, very much appreciated. Purchased 400 tobacco sticks using the subscription option and it gives you 4 free packs of Levia for purchasing through the subscription, however when the order arrived next day the 400 tobacco sticks were in the parcel but not the 4 free packs of Levia advertised. Called customer service and spoke to someone called Hector and explained to him they didnt arrive even though they were automatically added at checkout, he said he cant send them out. In order for me to obtain the 4 free packs I need to send the whole order back and reorder or purchase them?! Asked to speak to a manager or raise a complaint, still yet to receive a call back even though I was assured it would be yesterday I'd receive a call by. First proper order with iqos after finding their devices quite good for moving to heated tobacco but the customer service after you've made a purchase is awful. I would like someone to contact me regarding my complaint.
