Super goede ervaring! De service was echt top. Toen mijn armband een probleempje had, werd er zonder gedoe direct een nieuwe opgestuurd zó gul en klantvriendelijk! Geen retour mogelijk ondanks slechte kwaliteit
De sieraden zagen er in het echt totaal anders uit. Toen ik wilde retourneren, bleek dat terugbetaling niet mogelijk was, alleen shoptegoed, terwijl je wettelijk wél recht hebt op geld terug bij online aankopen.
Daarbovenop was de communicatie onprofessioneel en onvriendelijk.
Ik bestel hier nooit meer en raad anderen aan goed op te letten als ze dat wel doen.

I order two things and one necklace came broken but the owner helped me and sent a new one. The jewellerys are soo pretty and shine it looks so expensive. Like the shop.

Hello, I am disappointed with my order numbers J13850 and J13776. They are not stainless steel; my hand is green and the jewelry is rusty. The jewelry is fragile. I will not be buying from you again, especially at these prices. It's really false advertising.

We’re really sorry to hear you’re disappointed, that’s absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewellery in case of breakage or discolouration due to a manufacturing defect. If your item is damaged or changed colour without improper use (like water or perfume), we’re happy to replace it!
Each order includes a Jewellery Care Card with care instructions to help keep your pieces in great condition.
Just to clarify: our jewellery is not advertised as stainless steel, as most of our collection is made from other high-quality materials.
