Some initial issues resolved satisfactorily
Edited review. There were some issues with the courier that weren’t JPHA’s fault. There were some subsequent comms issues when I tried to report this that were a bit frustrating but these have been sorted since and everything is satisfactory now. The product j purchased is fantastic and reasonably priced for what it is. JPHA are a small team that were keen to resolve a rocky start so I’m happy to amend my review accordingly.

Resposta da JPHA
Dear Rob,
We're very sorry your email was missed after it was unfortunately filtered into our spam folder on 2nd July. Having since investigated the matter, it is clear from our side too that the delivery was not carried out in accordance with the required procedure. We've reached out to you directly and are addressing this with DPD.
Warm regards,
Jonny / JPHA
