I have sent feedback to Jonny by email…
I have sent feedback to Jonny by email at customer services. Your products are the best and usually arrive promptly. I suggest that you use an alternative courier in future as we were at home waiting for DPD to deliver on Tuesday 14th July. No delivery driver made any attempt to deliver on the day despite their claims that we were not present. The parcel was dropped over our gate on Wednesday 15th July without any check on our id. I have sent pictures of the state of the box to customer services. Thankfully the BALBLAIR bottle remained intact but the complimentary sample was cracked at the neckand had leaked. I would advise you to discontinue using DPD again in our area as their service is shoddy from our experience. Many thanks Alan
