Gorgeous runner
Gorgeous runner. We ordered another. Colors are lighter and more beautiful in person which may be our devices. Very well made. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much! Ordering a second runner is the best compliment we could ask for. Colours can shift a little between screens, so it's especially nice to hear ours looked even better in person — and that the quality came through. Thank you for the recommendation, and we look forward to welcoming you back.
The color saturation was too bright
The online transaction is always the easiest first step! The packing looked suspicious as if the rug had been previously owned and rewrapped.
Once opened, I was disappointed with the bright color saturation. I was expecting more muted colors. The thought of returning the rug was daunting. So, in the end I put the rug in a basement room.

Thank you for taking the time to share this — we're sorry the rug didn't live up to what you were expecting. On the packaging: every rug we send out is brand new, and the wrapping can look a little creased from the journey, but we'll review this with our warehouse team as it should never give the wrong impression. We're also sorry the colours came through brighter than you'd hoped; screens can shift tones, and we're always working to make our images as true to life as possible. And we're sorry the return felt like too much trouble — it shouldn't, and our team would still be glad to help you sort it out if you'd like to get in touch. We'd very much like the chance to get this right for you.

This company is amazing!
This company is amazing. The quality of the carpet that I received was top-notch unfortunately because of one of the colors I had to return it. The process was very easy and because of a glitch at the company in the receiving part, I would asked to give the carpet to charity, and they will refund me my complete amount paid. No one can ask for more than that. I would definitely use this company again.
