Runner and Mat for the Kitchen
I bought a runner and a match for my kitchen. The colours were lovely and both arrived quickly. I had fringe on the runner and no fringe on the mat. I wish i had fringe on both, with fringe looks nicer. The mat has some kind of zig zag on the edge. Is okay but the fringe looks better.

Very good quality
I am very happy with my rug purchase! We purchased two rugs, one for the living room and a matching kitchen runner. They are stunning, and the quality is superb. I’ve purchased plenty of rugs online in the past, but none come close to the quality of these rugs. I will never shop for rugs anywhere else in the future!

Lightweight and pretty runners …
The quality of the rug and the colors were just as described. I was charged for two rugs and two were shipped. I did get a refund but the communication took a bit longer than I wanted.
That being said I would shop from them again, the rugs are very nice.

Not really what I expected
Very pretty design and arrived quickly but in no way is this a rug. There is no pile at all and it is more like a mat. If you want a rug be sure to check that it has some kind of pile depth
15 de maio de 2026
Resposta da JUSTRUG
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we're glad you love the design and the quick delivery! We're sorry the thickness wasn't what you expected. Our washable rugs are intentionally made with a low pile — this is what makes them so easy to clean and quick to dry, but we completely understand it's a different feel from a traditional high-pile rug. We appreciate you flagging this, as it helps other shoppers know what to expect, and we always aim to describe pile height clearly so customers can choose the right style for their space. Thank you for your honest feedback — we truly value it.
Quick delivery
Quick delivery, beautiful blue just as pictured! Would definitely buy from you again!

Great company with very efficient customer service
Communication was quick and very efficient.
The product is very well made and looks lovely and is lying flat and doesn’t move on a tiled floor.
Delivery service was quick and packaging excellent.
Thank you.
