I also see that we processed a full refund for your order on October 31, which has already been issued back to your original payment method.

As you know, we sent out a return label on October 31 via our reply to your ticket as a courtesy to make it easy for you to send the item back if needed. We wanted to ensure you had a hassle-free way to return it since the refund was already processed. Kindly use it anytime.

I know you mentioned feeling like you got a “cockamamie story about a fire,” and I want to be transparent here.
