Site easy to use with helpful description of the various houses. I received 4 recently flying from Amsterdam to Shanghai and I was interested in increasing my number by 2. The item took about 1 week to arrived with me. I thought the cost of posting was expensive - dearer than the house, plus the fact that I live in the EU. Otherwise I am very satisfied with my purchase.

KLM houses.com are an excellent company that communicates well and also sent the item out very quickly. I bought quite alot of houses from them last year.
