Excellent customer service
Very helpful information about changing the delivery address. The needles I ordered were out of stock so the needles were upgraded. Excellent customer service.
I have bought from Knitproneedles in the past and received impressive customer service. Would recommend.

Speedy delivery
Speedy delivery.
To be honest I had to buy the whole magnetic kit, including the two long rulers bringing my total of three of them now, when I really only wanted to replace two small rectangular magnets that I’d lost.
If I could persuade KnitPro to sell the small magnets in packs of four I’d be delighted as I’m sure I’ll loose a couple again at some point and I definitely don’t want any more rulers. 😱
