Overcharging the customer!…

Your company gives me an option of 4 payments to pay the entire lease. If I don’t do the four, it jumps dramatically to a full year with no other option thereby forcing me to triple the payments to what the original cost of the item is worth!!!!!!!

The application and approval process…

The application and approval process was quick and easy. I was able to set the lease to my preferred term, which was great. I was able to get some additional repairs on my vehicle and spread the payments out to a comfortable amount. So far things have been seem less

I thought I had to pay 90 days before…

I thought I had to pay 90 days before any payments would be coming out of my account

Our lease agreement explains that while customers have the opportunity to take advantage of the 90 day early purchase option, scheduled good faith payments may still occur before the end of that period. The agreement also confirms any automatic payment schedule established on the account. Customers who prefer not to have automatic payments may contact us to discuss available options before those payments are processed. We understand there may be additional details regarding your experience, and a representative will be reaching out to review your account and answer any questions. ABSOLUTE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTE

This is the worst financial institution I have ever experienced and I am disgusted. I also initially did reach out to customer service about my concerns, but they were ignored and that was that. Then they reached out to me by phone and left a message seemingly wanting to figure it out and when I called back I was met with a very rude person. That instead, wanted to clarify what I signed and agreed to during a very stressful and low moment where their polices were not properly explained to me. I’d rather take a loan from a loan shark.

i was never told i had to pay off my vanity in three months and now my vanity which cost 1000 is now double that is not ok
