We would like to clarify the situation transparently for anyone reading this review:
1. The delivery issue occurred due to a courier service issue error, despite the updated address being shared and confirmed with the courier.
2. You later confirmed that the parcel was successfully collected by yourselve on 19.12.2025.
3. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused, we refunded the delivery charge (£8.00), which was initialised on 23.12.2025 and credited to your original payment method on 26.12.2025.
4. In addition, we provided a gift card value of £8.00 on 19.12.2025 as further compensation.
A full refund was only applicable if the parcel had not been collected. As the order was ultimately received, we were unfortunately unable to issue a full refund or resend the items.
We always aim to treat our customers fairly and go above and beyond where possible, even when issues arise with third-party courier partners. While we respect your opinion, we kindly feel it is important that the full context is shared accurately.
