I foolishly ordered the wrong bulbs which were needed for a very important event .... I phoned Lampwise desperately in the hope they could send me the correct ones for the next day and they did ! so good to speak to someone on the end of the phone - thanks Lampwise !

I had a great experience at Lampwise. Natasha who served me was attentive & knowledgable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered honest advice. The array of lighting options was amazing and the advice was top notch from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Lampwise again a would recommend others to visit.

Following my previous review Natasha phoned me. How dare I leave a one star review?. My review was an honest one. Natasha's aggressive tone was completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
I deeply regret using Lampwise.

I was searching for some lamp holders and Lampwise found them and I received them today. So happy. Great communication from start to finish. Thoroughly recommend this company.

They say on their website they'll beat any price. They did exactly that! The wrong boxes arrived by mistake, they dispatched the right ones straight away and paid for the return of the smaller ones. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Wow, what a bunch of fabricated lies in your reply. That is incredibly sad and desperate that you should lower yourselves to such a response.
I relied on Natasha's expertise and knowledge to place the first order, based on the precise dimensions I provided. I had to return the first lamp at my cost; you did not offer to pay for that. I had only ever wanted warm white, which was what the first lamp was; why would I then change to cool white? Natasha sent the wrong lamp for the second time. No one suggested I wait for stock; Natasha told me it was no longer produced. Once again another fabrication from Lampwise.
Appalling service from their customer service representative, Natasha, who seemed incapable of replying to emails and phone calls, never once returning a call or email without numerous attempts from me to make contact. Also seemed to be unaware and unsure of products resulting in 2 wrong products being delivered and never once thought to apologise. Overall this painful process took nearly 3 months. I then found another company, Lighting Styles, who found the lamp I needed and dispatched it without any hassle the next day; as it should be. Don't use Lampwise.

There was a problem with the size of the brackets for the wall lights I bought. The team at Lampwise took the trouble to understand the problem and they promptly arranged for modified parts to be made and sent out to me. They fitted perfectly.

I purchased a lamp on line for £24.90 I wasn’t happy with the product when it arrived so it was returned I have been sent confirmation that the refund is £15 that’s an adjustment of £9.90 totally scandalous and unjustified. Avoid these rip off merchants at all costs ,,,,

I’m always sceptical about online only companies but I checked Trustpilot about Lampwise and on the balance of things they seemed trustworthy. I ordered 4 bulbs, they delivered sooner than expected, and exactly what I had ordered. They’re weren’t the cheapest supplier on the google search, but they were not far off, and given the excellent service I’m happy I went with them and will return for future purchases. Highly recommend

I had a problem getting a replacement for a fluorescent tube. I chose what I thought was correct but it didn't work. I sent it back and was credited with no problem. I had also explained my difficulty. Lampwise advised me on the probable problem and offered an alternative solution which I accepted and the light worked perfectly again. Many thanks.

The light that comes out of these bulbs is really gentle and much nicer than the LED ones. My daughter found LED lights too bright for her eyes and not relaxing.

Excellent customer service. My item arrived cracked and they replaced it no questions asked. This was all done professionally and in a timely manner.

Purchased from lampwise, there was a manufacturer fault with one of the items lampwise had no hesitation in sending a new item out so thank you to them.

What a fantastic family company. Staff are VERY knowledgeable, helpful and they stock an incredible range of lamps, shades, fittings and all things 'lighty'. This is the BEST shop in Milton Keynes, Bucks and the south of England. I cannot speak highly enough of this superb firm which I have used for many, many years.

I bought 2 LED bulbs with motion detection. Having already tried to buy them locally I was disappointed. So I was so pleased to find them on Lampwise and the picture clearly showed that they were different from the ones that were not fit for purpose, so I ordered 2. They came very promptly but when I opened them they both were the style I'd already purchased and returned. I wrote to Lampwise to share this and ask if they did others and have not heard anything from them. So I'm left feeling quite disappointed with my experience and feel the bulbs were not as described.

They could not have been more helpful in assisting me with selecting the right lights. On the phone and in the shop the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Lampwise are an excellent company. I received an order of coloured bulbs recently but unfortunately one was defective. On contacting their support email they dispatched me a replacement within 48 hours. Many thanks.

A really positive experience with Lampwise.
Firstly, they were the only company prepared to fix my picture light frame. Secondly, I had great advice and, on their advice, bought a beautiful light that is just perfect for my kitchen.
Can 100% recommend.
