Thank goodness I got this card. I was hit with a $3k hospital bill that I thought my insurance was going to fully cover. I can't pay that out of pocket in one shot.

I used the card to pay for it and now can spread paying it back over a year's worth of paychecks -without interest. 😊Phew

My customer service rep listened, followed through, and resolved the issue on my behalf promptly.

I keep calling and your recording says cant take your call now leave messsage. I need a real live human. providers wont take the hsa card for payment. If I pay them how do I get my money back. Normally your service is good but this is unacceptable.

I have been trying to resolve repayment issues for several months. I can’t seem obtain a reliable address. The people I reach either by phone or email are very polite but ultimately unable to help me. We end up going back and forth without reaching any resolution. I send the information or answer the question and nothing happens.

Helped me afford high-cost products I wanted but was not comfortable purchasing without the 12-month financing option. As a healthy individual the HSC provided me the opportunity to purchase healthcare items like my Oura Ring and EightSleep pod that allow me to proactively take care of my health.

Getting this card has helped me prioritize my dental cleanings and other medical needs. My typical move is to put those things off because they cost too much - or they want me to pay the entire amount upfront. I like the zero percent financing because it lets me budget for it and repay it over several months without crazy interest rates I'd have to pay if I used other credit cards. Not doing that anymore!

Also like that there's no annual fee because it doesn't cost me anything to have it...and I use it now for all my healthcare stuff including prescriptions and over the counter medicine too. Grateful to have found this card.
