Just buyer beware. If something comes broken more than likely they will look for a warranty (which took forever to process) before replacing the actual item broken. Decided not to process warranty. Good thing I ordered the same prize figure from another place that is in perfect condition. This figure was not cheap. Gave points for credits for the mishap, so that was nice.

Regarding this case, we discussed the issue with you sincerely. As you kindly acknowledged, the looseness in the joint area of a Kuji figure can occur within the normal range of product specifications. Since it is not considered a clear breakage, it does not fall under the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty.
In addition, returns or exchanges may take time as coordination with the manufacturer is required. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
Although this was not eligible for manufacturer warranty, as a token of our appreciation for you as our customer, we offered compensation in store points.
It is very unfortunate for us as well that this case ended in such a way, but please be assured that we will continue working hard to improve our service so that every customer can shop with confidence.

Met these guys off eBay a while back and was ordering like crazy. Asked them if i could get a bundle deal once off eBay for multiple figures and then they lead me to their website better rates! I have not used eBay since! lol Get all of my stuff here! Great staff, fast shipping and amazing figures at great rates do not hesitate if you see something here please I guarantee you, you will be left speechless at their service and awesome figures! I have not bought from them in a while because life but about to place an order here shortly and figured I would leave a review from the past since I am here! Once this new shipment comes in I will be back here again to leave a review again!

Phenomenal service. Initial sealed figure was damaged in shipment. At my discretion, they opened the new one, checked it for damage, added extra padding, and shipped it to me. Ordering all of my things here now.

Mijn figuur werd snel geleverd, sneller dan verwacht. Een lichte beschadiging aan de doos (karton scheurtje), maar de figuur zelf is onbeschadigd. Zal mooi staan in mijn interieur!

I recently ordered the Towa 1:6th figure from there site and I’m genuinely so happy! This company was so kind especially when there site was down and I was trying to order they stated they were willing to keep one unit of him on hold for me so that he wouldn’t sell out and I would miss it! They also emailed me on there own time during a holiday to inform me when he would ship I’m truly so grateful and would recommend 100% there support is fast and accurate thank you so much!!

Konjiki no Yami 1/3 scale order
I really liked how easy it was to use the website and how fast the delivery time was. There is one thing I'd suggest in improving though. I'd recommend that you guys package your figures with more bubble wrap and use protective paper just like how Amiami does. This way it greatly decreases the chances of the figure's box having any kind of damage.

Regarding your recommendation about packaging, we greatly appreciate your thoughtful input. Please rest assured that we are currently developing a new system that will allow customers to customize their packaging preferences according to their needs.
For example, customers like yourself who prefer extra protection will be able to request additional bubble wrap, stronger cardboard boxes, or other reinforced packaging options. In such cases, however, we kindly ask for your understanding that additional costs may apply for the extra packing materials as well as shipping, since shipping fees are calculated based on the size, actual weight, and volumetric weight of the parcel.
At present, our standard packaging method is to individually wrap each item in protective film, then wrap it again with bubble wrap, and finally resize the shipping carton to the minimum necessary dimensions. This allows us to keep shipping fees as low as possible, which has been greatly appreciated by many customers who value affordable shipping compared to other stores.
In the near future, we plan to offer a flexible service where customers can choose either our standard cost-saving packaging or a more reinforced option for extra protection, according to their personal preferences. We hope you will look forward to this new service.
