Good customer service experience.
I made a mistake while ordering and contacted the customer service team as soon as I realised.
A lovely person called Sophia got back to me very quickly and was polite and understanding.
She dealt with the issue to correct my mistake and solve the problem very speedily.
My order arrived within the delivery time frame in perfect condition.
Not used the product yet but looking forward to it.
Would happily order again.

I was very happy with the service I received from the team they were very understanding with the issues I was experiencing I only wanted 1 lash mascara but because of the ordering system I managed to order 4 which I did not need due to the fact that I have allergys and have to be careful what I use. I explained all this to the customer service assistant and apart from the one mascara I wanted they gave me a refund for all the others that were ordered in error also she understood my plight and the problems I had experienced, such great customer service indeed.

I must have accidentally clicked on extra items and express shopping which l was unaware of until the billing came through. I contacted customer service and Monica assisted straight away. Unclear pricing, slow delivery & not up to standard
The initial pricing was not clear once purchased on their website as it is not stated in US dollars. They provided a discount as compensation. After that, the delivery was slow and not tracked well enough. Even though the customer service was satisfactory, I wouldn't go through the hassle of purchasing this product again as it doesn't deliver what it advertises anyway. It is goopy and uneven.
