I ordered three by mistake and customer service quickly fixed the problem . I am surprised to say that I do love the mascara!!! It gives length and volume. So happy with my purchase though I was skeptical at first. This will replace all of my mascaras and I will definitely reorder

I was disappointed that the checkout…
I was disappointed that the checkout process was not clear! They have continue in large letters but no not interested very small! Clicking continue I didn't realize it was adding additional product! My bill went from just over $15 to over $71!!
They then offered me refunds far less than what I deserved to get me to keep the additional products! My consistent refusal and they returned all additional funds!
They responded quickly and when they started they were returning my funds, they were back in my account in 2 days!
I didn't like the deceptive tactic to add product but they're response was immediate!
They get a 3 overall but a 5 on customer service! I kept the original order and will review it when it gets here!

PROCEED WITH CAUTION.!!! DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING...
I am writing a follow up from previous review following interactions with customer support. I sent an email because I thought I was missing a tube of mascara. Customer support contacted me via email within 24 hours telling me it was not 2 tubes I was to receive, but 2 different kinds of brushes on the same tube. I would suggest PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Read the wording very closely. The ad actually shows 2 tubes, but the wording is just slight enough to trick you into thinking you are getting 2 actual tubes. I would consider this a form of DECEPTIVE advertising. I would not purchase from this company again.

Accidental purchase
I had made a purchase but also accidentally purchased extra products when I was checking out. When I contacted Lash Cosmetics and explained what happened they immediately took care of the issue and refunded my money right away. Very professional and understanding. It was greatly appreciated. Charged for something I didn’t ask for
I just bought some mascara from them and they have also charged me for something else. I think they’ve charged me for a VIP subscription, which I did not want, nor ask for. Now I will have to contact my bank for a chargeback. Pain in the backside.

Charge monthly by this company
After I made one order, I was then charged monthly for over $33 dollars USD to my PayPal account, I did not sign up for any type of subscription
Buyer beware!!! Read before ordering
I purchased from Get Lash Cosmetics believing I was making a one-time purchase. I was very surprised to later discover recurring charges appearing through PayPal under the name Nymbus LLC.
I did not knowingly authorize a recurring subscription, and I certainly did not expect ongoing charges after my original purchase.
Once I noticed what was happening, I cancelled the automatic payment through PayPal and opened a formal dispute. Unfortunately, I also discovered that I am far from the only customer reporting this experience. While researching the issue, I found 25+ other consumer reports across the BBB and Reddit describing very similar recurring-billing experiences involving Get Lash Cosmetics/Nymbus.
That was extremely concerning to me.
I am sharing this because I wish I had seen these reports before placing my order. Please carefully review the checkout terms and your PayPal payment authorizations if you have purchased from this company, and keep an eye on your account for recurring charges.
I have contacted the company directly and have also filed a dispute with PayPal. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue and refunds the charges.

This is like the 3rd time I have ordered the lash mascara 2 steps in 1. I order me 1 and my beautiful daughter in law 1. Its the only mascara she will wear also. Its the best product ever! Customer service is great also!
