Third time ordering....
This is like the 3rd time I have ordered the lash mascara 2 steps in 1. I order me 1 and my beautiful daughter in law 1. Its the only mascara she will wear also. Its the best product ever! Customer service is great also!

My first order was stolen/missing
My first order was stolen/missing. So I right away sent an email showing the opened package that was ripped open (the product-Mascara was missing) and this business was kind enough to send me a replacement Mascara with a few others in the package. This company went above and beyond. Thank you again!!

Summer and Sarah
At first I was very disappointed with my order. It was taking way too long just to even get to the states and I had thought about just canceling it altogether. Then I completely forgot about it. We had just moved and of course, it was only THEN that I received a message saying it was delivered to the address we had just moved from! The apartment complex had nothing from anyone turning it in (it was most likely stolen) and I was so upset. It seemed like just another hassle to deal with but I reached out to the customer service team. SUMMER, the customer care specialist was AMAZING. It still took some time to get everything straightened out but Summer kept in contact with me throughout the entire second half of the order (where it had to be reshipped to my new address). I have to say, it was one of the better customer service experiences I have had lately. And the product I went through so much for is AMAZING. Wonderful job to Summer and Sarah (customer service manager). I really appreciate your attention and assistance. Thank you!

Do not order from this company I ordered 2 mascaras to try and somehow got charged for 3 extra mascaras nd 3 eyeliners. I received and email about the 2 mascaras but was not notified about the other items .
If you read the reviews you will see comments on this and some people think they have added by mistake. When I contacted customer service all I was offered was 50% off the items I didn't order.

Fast refund accidentally brought 6 now I wish I kept them.
I was a wee bit worried because I got a deal which was two for one and then I accidentally ordered an extra four and I panicked because the money had come out but I contacted them and they reimburse me straight away!
They were very helpful and kind I was super grateful.
But now that I tried the mascara, I wish that I kept all of them it’s amazing. Will definitely buy again thank You
