Awesome Service
I had incorrectly checked out more items than I wanted. The fast and efficient service I recevied was exempleary. They offered alternatives, but were also very gracious when I declined. They processed my refund quickly and have been very easy to deal with.
I love the mascara's and would definitely recommend!

Very happy with the support team response
I am very happy with the company's products, but I contacted them after receiving and being billed for multiple items when I had only intended ordering 1 item. The support team were very attentive to my concerns and quick to offer various options. I was happy to accept their offer of a refund and very satisfied with the service they provided.

I purchased a mascara which came to…
I purchased a mascara which came to @$20aud including postage. When I checked my account I had been charged inexcess of $100 for products I had no intention of ordering. When I complained I was offered 25% discount or option to return products. I do not know how they can charge for products you haven't ordered. Total scam.
I asked for reimbursement for items that I had not ordered and initially was told that the items had been shipped so could not be cancelled and I was offered 25% off those items- I declined the offer. Was then offered 50% off I declined that offer and said I was taking the matter further and suddenly I was given a refund! When the item eventually arrived it was only the mascara I ordered so the line about the items having been shipped was totally untrue! I would not deal with this unscrupulous company again!

Duplicated my order which I did not…
Ive been offered 50%. Refund still not here after 10 days. No goods yet either. The website tricks you. I did not confirm an account or additional products. Feel totally let down. Wont use again.

You end up paying for lots more product than you ordered and a yearly subscription of $379.56 year
I could not get to the final payment page without a lot of more upsell pages popping up first. It was very hard to navigate and get to just the page to pay for 1 mascara. I ended up getting lots of mascaras and eye pencils which I had no interest in and had no idea I had paid for all these extra items. I had also signed up for a subscription which I had no idea about while trying to get to the final payment for 31.63 monthly which would be $379.56 year for up to 50% discount on new orders each month so I would have to order at least $760 a year just to recoup the $379.56 year and if the discounts are less than 50% then then this would be much more than $760 a year. Making it hard to navigate to just the payment page for 1 product is done on purpose by this company so extra things are bought which the person had no intention of doing and then having to pay $379.56 year if they do not check their credit card.
Entered after the reply from lash Cosmetics that they would like to review my account, verify my our order, and ensure your concerns regarding the additional items and membership have been properly addressed:
There has been emails back and forth from myself to Lash Cosmetics. They know all about this and how difficult is to navigate to the payment page and that the upsell on many pages on the way to the payment page that are confusing as well as the signing up for monthly membership which I had no idea I was doing. I do think their response to me on this website is to try and make it look like none of this could be true as they have already had emails from me about this and they have replied to my emails. Anyone reading this can go and make a purchase and they will see that what I have written is true. Shame on you Lash Cosmetics. After all the complaints you have received from myself and many many others you have not fixed your website payment system so that people can buy without all the many confusing upsell pages and the membership fee page on the way to simply paying for a product they are ordering.

So long story short
So long story short, I dealt with a woman by the name of Sadie Fisher
Customer Care Specialist.
Now only did she go above and beyond, she made sure I and my wallet were made whole!
Sadie was amazing and and can't thank her enough!
As for the product, I did not try it, because of the poorly made and ran website. I feel it is a bait and switch to force you to purchase more if you don't read the fine print along with the monthly VIP charges.
Be careful, but know Sadie can help you fix what the website is lacking!
