Stornierung einer Bestellung nicht möglich; anschließende Rücknahme - nach eigenmächtiger Abstellung des Pakets durch DPD vor meiner Haustür - nur auf meine Kosten möglich.
Poor shipping and worse customer support
I placed 1 order with 2 items. 1 item arrived, 1 item could not be delivered due to incorrect address. The post office said the address label had not been printed correctly and was missing the street number and street name. The Lavazza support team said my address needed amending in their system.
They won't resend the item, instead they refund it and tell me to place my order again. And dont forget to pay for those shipping costs. Please accept our sincerest apologies.

Ich habe mich am 02.10.2024 telefonisch beim Kundensupport gemeldet, da meine Kaffemaschine nicht mehr aus dem entkalken Modus raus kommt.
Nach mehrfacher erklärung telefonisch sowie per E-Mail, wurde mir Angeboten das ich mir eine neue Kaffeemaschine aussuchen sollte, was ich prompt per Email machte, das war am 14.10.2024.
Seitdem nur noch ausreden warum die Kaffeemaschine nicht geliefert wurde, der telefonische Kundensupport verweist auf den Kollegen oder legt sogar auf.
Eine Katastrophe.
Ich habe heute eine letzte Mail versendet, danach geht das Thema an meinem Anwalt.

Kapseln sind nicht kompatibel….
Die Kaffeekapseln zerdrücken sich in der Maschine.
Und die Maschine wird schmutzig und der Kaffee schmeckt nicht mehr.
Ich finde, der Kaffee ist zu teuer für diese Kapseln.! Ich habe Angst, dass meine Maschine kaputtgeht.
Amazon ist wirklich hilfreich und hat die defekten Kapseln erstattet! Vielen Dank!!!

Ganz schlechte Qualität
Unser 1kg Lavazza Päckchen muss wohl der zusammengefegte Rest vom großen Kaffeehaufen gewesen sein - ganz helle und ganz dunkle Bohnen , besser gesagt Bohnenstückchen - Krümelchen , teilweise überröstet - verbrannt.Das ist wohl das Allerletzte,was man den Kunden so anbietet.Wir werden Lavazza nicht mehr kaufen.Inzwischen zu viele schlechte Erfahrungen mit dieser Marke.

Unreal how little they care about their products or services
...so sad to see all these other folks having the same terrible experience I'm having, with Lavazza. I am shocked at how badly they operate, I mean they literally couldn't care less. Sadder still, they make the best dark roast decaf (Kicking Horse) I've ever had, but about 18 months ago raised their prices by 300%, and I couldn't even find them in stores anymore. Now ordering online is a nightmare. You will not be sent what you buy and no one in their "customer service" dept cares about that, either. Yeeesh. What is the point. PS Its the same if you try to order them thru Walmart. They take your money, promise you "Next day Delivery", then never even ship the item. Had to wait 6 days just to request a refund even tho tracking showed it was never even shipped.

Habe im Juni zwei Milchaufschäumer und Entkalker bestellt. Ware bis heute nie erhalten. Bin aber anscheinend nicht der enizige.

Good coffee, service needs improvement though
I love lavazza coffee they are one of the best coffee in my opinion. I had a unpleasant experience of subscription recently, some how they had a system error that missed my machine. The lady who picked up my call was effective but a bit rude, she did not apologize for what happened and the inconvenience, well but she did reported my issue and I can tell they are trying to fix it.
So I'd love to give them another chance to make everything right, and if I could get my refund and machine on time, I'll be their long term customers still.

This is a terrible, dishonest company. I returned an unused Lavazza machine because I couldn’t get capsules for it because they were out of stock through the company. I had to pay an exorbitant amount to ship it back. Then when they finally refunded my money for the machine (after many phone calls) they didn’t refund the $10 they had charged for tax. After yet another phone call I was told that is their policy! They don’t pay the government tax on returned items, so they are illegally keeping it! I had to beg to go up the chain to find out how they get away with this, and after a long while the agent came back and told me they would refund me the tax. Apparently they are getting away with this. But i will surely report them to the BBB.

ZERO STARS!!! My machine broke after one month. I had to send multiple videos proving my machine is not working properly. And still I had to pay out of my own pocket to send it back!!! 41 dollars was the cheapest shipping I could find!!! This company is a joke!!!!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I cannot buy the coffeee pods for my new Lavazza Blue machine in my areas and they are difficult to get on line with constant back orders.When I reached out to customer service I got the usual run around, get someone to call you back and refusing to let me speak with anyone in north america even though their number says New York. Unfortunate so many companies choose to treat their customers like garbage. I wont be purchasing any of their products in the future and cannot recommend them.

Lavazza, vende sus productos pero cuando un buen día necesitan una reparación no tienen servicio técnico y por tanto a tirarlos. Increible para una empresa que llena su web de fingida Sostenibilidad.

Not easy to cancel subscriptions
Easy to sign up to a subscription online, but when it comes to cancelling you have to contact customer services. Quite often there is a reason they “can’t" cancel as well. It’s such a horrible, scummy practice that I would never consider subscribing to anything they offer again.
Worse: the subscriptions are via card payments rather than direct debit, so you can’t just cancel the DD and be done with it. They force you to contact them.
Ware nicht erhalten
Kaffeebohnen bezahlt, aber nicht erhalten. Der Lieferstatus lautete: Daten wurden elektronisch übermittelt => heißt für mich: Ware wurde nicht dem Paketdienstleister übergeben. Ich habe wöchentlich angerufen und nach der Ware gefragt. Es hieß immer nur, man müsse nachprüfen, wo das Paket verloren gegangen sei. Nach 6 Wochen sagte man mir schließlich, für eine Ersatzlieferung sei jetzt der Vorgang zu lange her...
Von gutem Kundenservice sind die weit entfernt.
