Sehr Kundenorientiert und hilfsbereit

Das Unternehmen Lavazza ist sehr freundlich und Kundenorientiert 🙂und versucht sehr schnell und unkompliziert das Problem zulösen, was auch gelang. Ich kann nur sagen, wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, ich würde die ohne wenn und aber geben.
Gerne empfehle ich Lavazza weiter. Auch will ich die freundlichen Gespräche und Rückfragen erwähnen die so zur schnellen Regulierung des Problems führten.
Weiter so👍

Bestellung wurde nicht geliefert, Rechnungsbetrag aber abgebucht. Nach mehreren Telefonaten und e-Mails immer noch keine Erstattung des Betrages. Kann die Firma nicht weiterempfehlen.

Habe online mehrere Pakete Kaffeebohnen bestellt, weil es ein Angebot war.

Würde aber lieber den Kauf im Supermarkt bevorzugen und warten bis Angebote vor Ort sind.

Lieferung dauerte zu lange, kein Sendungsstatus, wird mit dpd geliefert:-((((
Die Charge war nicht gut, irgendwas stimmte mit den Bohnen nicht,

Der Kundenservice war topp und hat sich um alles gekümmert und es konnte alles geklärt werden.

Mir wurde in A43 Raststätte 3,50 sfr geschlungen und kein Kaffee erhalten ,weil Bächer steckend geblieben war und in Oberentfelden für 5 sfr einen Kaffee erhalten habe , also kein rest Geld bekommen.
Ekelhaft was die treiben 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Bought a Lavazza coffee machine which did not contain the capsule selection as advertised. On opening on Christmas morning to have a nice coffee we were very disappointed to say the least. Telephoned and emailed customer service to be told that they no longer include them and they will give a 40% off voucher for capsules supplied by them, as long as you buy 10 boxes at a further cost of £29.90 TERRIBLE customer service as when I pointed out that I had been sold the package to contain a selection of capsules that I had already paid for and expected to be there they said that a clause in their manual, not included in my box, states that they are not present in all countries! No attempt whatsoever to offer any form of compensation. A real con - watch out.

Loved my machine and had purchased two…

Loved my machine and had purchased two for Christmas last year, one for myself and one for my daughter. Exactly one year after purchase it stopped powering on. We were unable to register the product because our state was not listed. After writing to the company they replied that I am out of warranty and will need to buy a new $388 machine. Comical, I have read multiple complaints about this power issue. Shady, are the machines programmed to stop working once they are out of warranty??? Save your money.

Der Support ist unterirdisch

Der Support ist unterirdisch. Lavazza wirbt mit Cashback, lehnt dieses mit einer offensichtlichen Lüge dann ab und der Support ist zu dämlich auch nur einfachste Zusammenhänge diesbezüglich zu verstehen.

Meine Lieferung wurde komplett ausgeliefert, bezahlt, nicht retourniert.

Lavazza lehnt dann ab mit der Begründung "Storniert".

Schreibt man den Support an, kapiert dieser einfach gar nichts, nicht einmal den Cashbackanbieter. Vermutlich nach Indien outsourced oder so.

Laut den Kommentaren in Schnäppchenportalen scheint das Methode zu haben.

Nie wieder Lavazza!

Bad customer service.

Bad customer service.
Took months to get my order placed.
Many phone calls and emails ignored with no call backs or response.
Tried customer service number where my case was escalated several times but again never a response. Tried sales department, finance department, website contact us; the customer service problem is across all departments.
Never experienced any thing like this, and they don't seem to care.

They do not care about their reputation, or customers

I came here hoping this joke of a company cared about their online profile. However, the fact they don't even reply to all the criticism they get here, gives me zero hope that my review will have any impact. However, I have had 2 Desea machines, which have broke with the same fault. However, Lavazza use a loophole in theor warranty to tell me, well basically, tough luck. Avoid them

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lavazza do not know the meaning of Customer Service. After purchasing a machine that will only take certain pods, the Company we purchased from were unable t o supply. They advised to call Lavazza direct. What an absolute joke. 5 weeks in a row, constantly advised I would be called back, no calls ever received. To enable me to purchase the specific pods I need an account but again no one calls you back to set up an account. Frustrated the offered a free box and then advised they couldn't do that as I didn't have an account. I asked to speak to a Manager, advised it would be a 24-48hr wait and guess what - no one called back. Absolutely pathetic.

Absolutely pathetic customer service…

Absolutely pathetic customer service and a disgraceful company.

Purchased a Lavazza Desea and have had nothing but issues with it. The attached frother that goes onto the top of the cup is so flimsy and has broken so many times. Each time it breaks I am left without being able to use the machine.
Instead of supplying the frother with cups when you purchase a new cup, you have to call them for a replacement.
Lavazza has ignored my emails and phone calls, they have said they would call me back and I never receive a call back.
I have been left without a working coffee machine now for 5 months!
I continue to phone them and they tell me they will call me back but again, they never do. This is an absolute joke! I sincerely don't understand how this company operates treating customers like the way they do.

Avoid

Nice coffee but very poor service and terrible customer care. Be careful with subscription,the machines provided don't last the length of the subscription contract which is extremely frustrating.

Now left with coffee pods plus more to arrive and a machine that doesn't work. Lavazza are not willing to replace the machine and demand a early departure payment to cancel the subscription.

My advice would be to avoid

If I could I would give them 0 stars! I buy large quantities of products that I resell, having a resale company. A bad experience first time, in the end it was resolved and I received the goods very late. Because everyone deserves a second chance, I said - let's try one more time. Now, the second time to my surprise, they sent the products just a few days after placing the order, but the products are almost expired, I will not be able to sell the products within the validity period. No one answers the phone, no one returns the call, they don't have an email address where they can be contacted, at Contact us form they have on their web page no one answers or they answer very late or not at all. I will probably open a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Don't waste your time and money with this company, you can order Italian coffee from other sources.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE

Customer Service is TERRIBLE! I have tried three emails and received no reply. If you call, you have to leave a voice mail. I've done that. No reply. I bought a subscription and based on the other reviews here, it seems like I'm going to experience some pain cancelling it. I don't care how good the coffee is. I will never buy it again if this is what the service is like. They clearly do not appreciate the business they have.

This company has seriously unethical billing practices. I had a charge show up late July that I questioned. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls, and it takes them weeks to reply to emails. The response I did get was that they were charging me for a delivery from MONTHS ago that never got charged, only I have proof that they DID charge me. STAY AWAY and definitely DO NOT sign up for a subscription order!!

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. Only reasons for two stars is that I did receive the product. I've been trying to cancel the Lavazza myway subscription several different ways and have been blatantly ignored and continue to be charged. When trying to cancel online, it tells me that I need to send a claim to customer service. When filling out the contact form, there is no response, for months. I then decided to send them an email by responding to one of my order confirmations (for lack of a better way) - no response. I tried to call them and only reached a voicemail. The voicemail was left unanswered. A couple of weeks later, I called again and finally got through to someone with very bad connection who didn't help me but just took my info and told me someone would contact me.. We will see how that goes. This experience has been so painful and I will switch coffee brands simply because this customer service is unethical.
