This company is a fraud. The pharmacy Boothwyn, had many letters from the FDA with cleanliness and GLP scripts that are not correct. I refused their
Shipment siting these reasons and asked for a refund, reported them to BBB and FDA. They will not refund my money! As of Jan 1 2026 they have not complied with the FDA to make any changes!

Never received any phone call. Their advertising is very deceptive. They sent meds that were hot and refuse to refund. This site should be shut down. I don’t believe the positive reviews.

They scammed me as well! I made the mistake of not reading these reviews first. I paid and they never even called or logged in to the appointment as scheduled. They told me no refunds. They literally just took my money and no meds no appointment nothing at all. I hope people stay clear of this company amd please please dont believe the fake reviews saying they are a legit company!!!!

So far a very good company to work with. I had a misunderstanding about my initial dose and they corrected it immediately. Was very impressed.

I signed up on August 28 th received my meds Tuesday August 30 th. Was very fast.Im completely satisfied with my 1 st order. The medication is helping already.

Terrible customer service! They charged me for products that they didn’t deliver. When I contacted them regarding a refund they said they can’t do a refund for products that were delivered and received. They never delivered the products and they take weeks to respond to emails. I submitted a dispute to my financial institution and am hoping they will resolve this issue. I don’t recommend anyone use this scam provider.

This company helps that you can cancel anytime, no questions asked. Well, I placed an order for 6 months worth of meds. I sent in the health form they requested. A few days later I've had an emergency come up and I cannot afford to be paying for this, so I reached out to request a cancellation and a refund.

Now all of a sudden they are saying because I didn't reach out to them within 72 hours, they are refusing to cancel my subscription and won't give me my money back. Nothing was said about canceling within 72 hours. I've disputed it with my credit card and I don't know what kind of crap they sent them but that did not work. I even sent them a screenshot where one of their text Representatives told me that as long as I call them before the medicine ships, there should be no problem. Well, there's a problem. They still won't give me my money back.

Make sure you steer clear of this place.

I paid for a full year of membership at 69$/ month for compound glp-1. What I expected was medication and a care team I could actually talk to. What I got was a string of automated status emails. First “ processing” then “delayed” , and never anything more than that.

The frustrating part wasn’t just the wait, it was that there was no one on the other end. I had real question about dosage before starting glp-1, which anyone taking these medications knows is not something to guess at. Every attempt to get answers hit the same wall: a auto reply promising a human within 24 hours, followed by nothing for days. The phone numbers listed for support didn’t get me anywhere either.
Now I am paying monthly for a service I cannot use and cannot cancel though the company, and cannot get a single person to respond to. I’ve moved on to disputing the charges with the bank since that appears to be the only channel that gets a response .

If your weighing whether to signup , my advice is to be cautious about committing to a year and paying in advance. Confirm you can reach a real person and get medial questions answered before you hand over any money. Because after the fact, it may be too late.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I wish I had read reviews prior to purchase. Just as others have mentioned, communication is lacking and they say that the provider will review your chart and make a decision within 24-48 hrs. Well, I am currently at the almost 100 hr mark and nothing. My emails have been unanswered. I was finally able to get in contact with customer support and the young lady who helped was nice but informed we she would have to escalate a ticket to a provider to review and prescribe my meds. I asked her how long that would be. She stated within 24 hrs. I am holding my breath. I then asked for a refund of my almost $400 dollars I paid over 4 days ago and she informed me that their policy is if you have filled out an intake and it has been sent for review that they will not refund you. I then asked to speak with a manager and she told me that there was currently no one to take my call but that she would put in a ticket requesting a manager call me. I asked when that would be...48-72 hrs. I am not at all convinced that any of this will happen. I am beyond frustrated with myself that I did not check reviews and am now out a lot of money.

These guys are the ultimate hoax! I ordered the meds two weeks ago. Nothing! I have repeatedly called, and been gaslighted by their staff. Every time I speak to someone, they tell me they are "escalating." God only knows if I'll ever get my money back. Don't do it. Don't order from these people.
