Great products with outstanding customer service!

Still have not got my package yet. Been almost a month. Hopefully it’s here before x mas.

Less reliable with wireless than the previous version, if you have the previous not worth the upgrade.

I received this as a wedding gift.

Cilantro doesn't grow well in just water even if you follow the instructions. I've tried 3 times. However, basil grows very well with this system and I loved having fresh basil.

Although I love my fresh basil, I’ve had issues with the technological side of it. The app won't auto refill and even after following directions, I still get errors - I'm assuming due to a faulty system / device. Customer service doesn’t seem to know how to fix it other than what is suggested which to this day has nt fixed the error notifications. Still waiting on customer services's support within the app (which is also faulty) but I'm still able to grow things like spinach, basil, and herbs. Cilantro never works for me (tried 4 times) but I'm curious to know if it works for anyone else. Started planting July 1st.

Overall, it’s a great way to grow certain herbs.

update: customer service replied and said to send a video - hopefully I'll have good news soon with their 1 year warranty because these technical issues make me sad.

I had an issue with one defective device and the support team gave a promptly solution and follow up, in the next few weeks I got a new device straight to my home.

I just finished setting it up today. I was so impressed with the iOS app for controlling it. It’s over the top.

Automatic reservoir filling and adding nutrients will make it a set and forget hydroponic system. With AeroGarden going out of business LetPot will pave the way of the future and home hydroponics.

I am so impressed that I will be releasing a LetPot YouTube on the unboxing and set up and my opinion soon!

Easy to order. Useful delivery tracking. I will only order letpot products because from my experience using their products with my first letpot hydroponics unit, I know their products work, and so I have confidence and trust in them. The refills are reasonably priced and since I know they work I will be buying again in future.

Malísima experiencia, estos HDP creen que es primera vez que uno compa en internet. Compre un producto similar en AliExpress al día siguiente que compre aquí y el paquete ya llegó a mi país. Ahora 15/07/2024 me llega un email con otro número de seguimiento que indica que recién recién van a enviar mi compra!!!! Son literalmente una caca de empresa y jamás volveré a pensar en comprar algo nuevamente con ellos y tampoco los recomendaré.
