Shipping took longer than expected for my order and I paid for fedex 2-4 day shipping. I ordered on 7/31 and didn’t receive my package until 8/13.

One of the yarns in this order arrived in a color very different from the description and photo. I made an inquiry to your customer service about it and have not received a response. Very disappointing.

Missing items and no responses :(
I really love the products and I love this company. I think they do a great job making good quality yarn accessible. I had an issue with my order when 5 skeins were left out of my order. I tried contacting customer service in every way recommended and never received any response. It’s been a week since I first reached out. I don’t know what I am doing wrong as my friend has always received speedy feedback. I hope I can get this resolved and would love to order again in the future

I order the yarn I made a mistake I send two email s right away to correct the problem and nobody answered so the order wasn’t what I needed it.
The communication with your company is very difficult. I have ordered many times.
When we have a question the answer comes like a week later.

Always amazing
I love ordering from this yarn company. I live in the US and always receive my orders within a week! I have knit socks with the Drops Fabel yarn which turn out wonderful every time. I also love the Scheepjes Arcadia yarn for socks. Both brands knit up well and feel nice on ones feet! I will continue to place orders with Lindehobby. Did I mention the pricing is so delightful too?
