Communication was great. I ordered some universal wheels and they contacted me straight after to recommend some slightly more expensive, but better ones for my wheelchair. I said no and stuck to the original order, however when they came I realised why they had recommended the upgraded ones. I contacted them and explained, and asked if it was too late to swap, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Delivery was speedy and they delivered my new wheels the following day and collected the original ones at the same time. Really great service and I was pleased with the new wheels. Thank you 👍

The guys at Lith Tech were super helpful. I’d had a nasty accident in another manufacturers chair so they made sure I purchased the chair that was right for me & my disability.
The chair was delivered on time with ramps and it’s restored my freedom. They also have a wealth of information on their website and many informative videos on YouTube.
A great example of a British manufacturer with a super support service. It’s not often you are given the service you desire but they delivered.

I had an appointment at Lith-Tech on 28th May after watching numerous videos and speaking on the phone. During one of the phone calls I was advised that I would probably be best suited to a SC-1 XL chair.
A problem arose, preventing me from attending on the 28th so Lith-Tech obliged by changing my appointment to the following day. I was again a nuisance by arriving much too early for my appointment but Toby, the boss at Lith-Tech, Further obliged me by arranging an earlier demonstration and a cup of tea while I waited.
i wanted to look at 3 models of chair and so Will obliged. We decided that the original suggestion with minor additions (thick cushion, higher back padding, adjustable foot rest, large front wheels) was the best option and so began my training and practice session, ably led by Will who put me through my paces and made helpful suggestions regarding control and handling.
I bought a gleaming black SC-1 XL and a pair of ramps. Since then I have spent a number of sessions including an easy ride around a smooth-floored cathedral, rough rides around rough tracks including a reclaimed railway line, tracks around the gardens and other grounds at stately homes, forest tracks ranging from loose gravel to bare soil with rocks and tree roots, and the chair has so far coped with almost everything I've thrown at it. The only time I've had to get out of it was to take it down a set of steps.
getting the chair in and out of the car boot has been no problem; it is easy to lift with two people or otherwise the ramps work well. though it is not recommended, I find that I can easily drive the chair up the ramps rather than pushing it.
the chair is well built, does what I need and is easy to handle in all sensible situations. my reception and treatment at Lith-Tech were exemplary and so I would thoroughly recommend both the company and its products. Thank you to Toby and his staff, and if ever you need an independent test pilot, I'm your man.

Just purchased the carers assist kit for my Lith-tech smart chair pro. Watched the fitting video on youtube and it went on really easily. The guys at Lith-tech contacted me before sending out my order to double check we had everything we needed. We tested it out as we are taking the wheelchair on hols with us and its a complete game changer. Its such a comfort that hubby can take over when my brain fog and fatigue kicks in. But now it also means i can get out the chair and walk with it for short distances even if its a bit hilly. Thank you again Everyone at Lith-tech.

Good service and the maintenance kit was great and easy to use, especially with the video on their YouTube showing how to use it properly! I have delays so it was very helpful to have a video demonstration.

I needed a replacement storage bag for my powered wheelchair. The part was reasonably priced and was delivered promptly with free postage.

When my wife’s wheelchair would not work Toby offered great help sending replacement parts to aid fault finding and repair. As for their equipment, the chair was purchased in 2018 and is still going strong. Hopefully for many more years.

Received a call just after I had placed my order. As I was not a previous customer they were checking that I had placed the correct order. After explaining I had but there was an issue with my delivery address. It would not accept my home address online. The salesperson apologised and corrected it by phone, Received my new footrest the next day. Could not be happier great service. Thank you 👍

After doing a lot of research into a reliable foldable power chair, I found a host of Lith-Tech videos on youtube which are excellent. I asked for peoples views of Lith-Tech on Wheelchair Users group on facebook and had only glowing reports of what a great company they are to deal with. I ordered the Smart Chair Pro which promptly arrived and I am really impressed at the build quality and overall feel of it. Time to try it out .!!

After coming to terms with the fact that my husband needed a wheelchair I began to do research on the internet and learnt lots about what to buy and what not to buy. We were both particularly impressed with the YouTube videos posted by Lith-tech Mobility and made an appointment to visit their headquarters. On the drive there, almost 2 hours, my husband and I agreed not to buy a wheelchair. Imagine my surprise when three and a half hours later we were driving home with a Smartchair and a set of ramps. The first thing to note is that wheelchair purchase should be based on the comfort of the user not the driver. Once I had processed that it was straightforward. My very tall husband was fitted correctly then I, as a very short wife, was given the appropriate support as the “driver”. Then the test drive training began. The showroom is perfectly placed to train a new driver as it has a range of ‘hazards’ kerbs, cambers, cobbles, street furniture, slopes all within a short distance. It was not as overwhelming as I anticipated. And so back to the showroom where a simple set of ramps enabled me to put the chair easily into the car boot and off we went home. Will was a thoughtful, compassionate knowledgeable and supportive member of staff. Thank you Will.
The smart chair gave us such freedom because we went wherever we chose for the last year of my husband’s life, parks, riverside, canal side, town, country, uphill, down dale, pubs , cafes, restaurants , shopping, visiting family and friends and on holidays. I will be forever grateful for the freedom it gave to us both.

But that shouldn't take away how easy it was to order from Lith-Tech which was Spot-On

I needed a new electric wheelchair for my wife because the one she had struggled with most terrains and gave her no confidence at all.
I decided to do my research online and stumbled across Lith-Tech.
Having watched countless videos of countless chairs I opted to give them a call to discuss things further.
My wife and I live too far away so a visit to their showroom wasn't an option .
The guy I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked me numerous questions about my wife's disability and mobility issues.
Together we discussed the many options available until we settled on the Smart Chair 1 XL with a few upgrades.
The new wheelchair arrived a couple of days later ready assembled and fully charged.
I'm so glad that I chose Lith-Tech because my wife now has a very comfortable and reliable chair.
It's still early days but I'm confident that we'll have a summer of adventures as my wife learns how to use her new toy.
In my opinion Lith-Tech have been a great company to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for a top quality wheelchair.

The customer service is 1st class friendly helpful fast . My husband's smart chair lost some screws and was unsafe to use .l emailed on Saturday and they phoned me back on Monday sent out the screws and spares with Allen key by courier that got to me on Tuesday ,emailed me back to ensure l got them and had solved the problem and only charged me £10 pounds .l highly recommend them to anyone and have done .

I needed a new bag for under my chair, as mine was getting a bit tatty after 3-4 years of use (largely my own fault, so can't blame the quality of the existing bag)

£20 and a very quick DHL delivery later, I'm good for another few years.

Always fantastic service, and when I eventually look to upgrade/replace my current chair in another couple of years, I've no reason to go elsewhere.

I ordered a wheelchair bag online on a Saturday and it arrived by courier on the following Tuesday. The price included postage which was a nice surprise.

Ordered spares which arrived within a couple of days as promised.
