Will was very prompt in replying to our email and giving links to the products. We decided to visit and the welcome and help adding new wheels and trying out cushion and back rest. Nothing was too much trouble and a run out to help learn more control was so beneficial. Glad went back together ramps. So much easier to use . Peter now has much more confidence. Been to shop and out in Woking park with cousins made life so much better. Cannot thank Will and team enough.

6 foot ramps.
Ordered a set of 6 foot ramps. They arrived the next day. No problems at all. Only used them once, but my partner loved them. Taken all the effort out of getting my Smart-chair into the car. Thanks again Litt-tech, fantastic company.

Super product
Lith Tech were recommended to us by a ladybwe saw on a cruise. We were not disappointed. Paul at Lith tech gave us a very full demonstration and include a test drive and suggested suitable tweaks to the chair we decided on.

Teenage daughters new chair
We visited lith tech mobility to look at powered wheelchairs for my teenage daughter. We have looked at many in the past but couldn’t find the best solution. Paul met us and listened to exactly what we thought we needed, and gave good ideas and feedback, and more importantly spoke to my daughter to ask what she thought. My daughter took out one chair for a Road test. Paul was really patient, helpful and took a lot of time with her to help with using the chair safely. We bought the chair and she has been delighted with it ever since. It is exactly what she needed. Thank you Paul for your patience and help, she felt valued. Absolutely recommend this company.

By far the beat money we've ever spent
Had the SC-1 XL since 2021, change my wife's life, does everything that we ask of it. How in Krakow not very wheelchair friendly, but managed with care, even Aushwitz/Birkebeu. Only 2 parts replaced in 5years of at least 4 miles weekly, both accident damage, not wheelchair defects, both dispatched same day. Highly recommended

Excellent advice from Lith-Tech
My wife needs a wheelchair for going more than about 10m. She has a heavy duty off-road version for trips from home but needed a folding wheelchair to fit in our Focus Estate to enjoy more distant locations and visiting relatives. She purchased a light-weight chair first thinking to protect me from a heavy lift into the car. This soon proved a mistake as it dangerously ran off the pavement at any slope particularly when passing gateways. Luckily we could return the light-weight for a full refund.
After watching the very helpful videos on the Lith-Tech website we contacted Toby for advice. He suggested a heavier wheelchair would be more stable and loading it into a car was no problem using ramps that they could provide.
As advised we purchased a Smart Chair Pro from Lith-Tech and have been extremely pleased with its performance. It comes with a useful User Manual and has a fully adjustable head rest. I use a set of 6ft telescopic ramps to load it into our estate and it just fits in the back space without needing to fold the rear seats. At 26Kg pushing it up the ramps is no problem and I find it unnecessary to make it lighter by removing the batteries and motors which can easily be done due to its clever design. So far we have done over 50 miles without any problems. A typical trip would be about 5 miles along a quiet country lane with medium slopes. The battery charge indicator remains in the green. Insurance with recovery costs £60. Thank you Toby and Lith-Tech.

Lift with suitcase ramps
Lift with suitcase ramps. The website is easy to use. The demo videos are very informative. After placing the order, the follow up call is a nice touch. Delivery was fast.
If you have any input with the manufacturer regarding enhancements, a removable battery would be good. Then I could leave the lift in the car and just take the battery to charge. I can't carry the lift in my wheelchair, so taking it to charge is harder than I anticipated. The lift itself is super useful though. Thanks

May 2026 - Fantastic
May 2026 - Absolutely put under no pressure to make a purchase. Instead time taken to get to know me and my individual requirements and then to match me with what I can only describe as the perfect wheelchair. It has literally changed or should I say given me my life back. Only had the chair just under two weeks and I’ve stayed in a hotel, been shopping on my own, explored a city centre, visited restaurants and popped out for some fresh air…….just because I can !! My experience was so different to the other 3 companies I dealt with before. I can’t begin to thank you enough for listening and guiding me through my options. I have ended up with my perfect powered wheelchair that literally has opened up my world. Final note… so easy to fold and store in our boot.

Travelled from Birmingham to Surrey to…
Travelled from Birmingham to Surrey to get my chair. So I glad I did. Arrived with my sister and was greeted by lovely Will who was very knowledgable and informative which helped me choose the right wheelchair. Went out on a test drive with Will riding in the chair definitely made me happy as I’ve been pushed around on a manual for months and this gives me back some independence. Wheelchair is smooth and quiet and fitted perfectly in our car. Thank you Lith-Tech and lovely will.
